  • Where did you get Ninja Scroll art book?

  • if theres one artbook i would want it would be the metal gear one you have there

  • I had a question, does the FF XIII guide, original, count as an art book? Or simply a strategy guide? I think I'm going to pick it up today

  • It is pretty much a strategy guide with limited artwork.... A solid guide that I usually buy to add to my FF collection but I hardly use them at all.

  • @Aerodynamisch Alright then thanks. I'm still going to pick it up. Did what you said, waited for price drops. The guide was $35 Canadian and now it is only $25 so I'm happy

  • Omg VERY nice video! Making me jealous :P Too many cool things in here to comment about any, all very nice.

Gave me the idea to show my artbooks/etc, it won't be big, but I think I might be making that today.

  • Thanks!

I would be interested in seeing your artbook collection!

  • your cameras auto focus is messing with my eyes, randomly blurs out and stuff. Crazy collection, i haven't even heard about the full metal alchemist release... need to check that out.

Why am I so jealous of your collections? :P keep doing your thing!

  • Thanks!

I see, I know it is annoying, but personally it did not bother me that much. I will try to keep the focus to a minimum and maybe disable it somehow.

I feel honored that you are jealous. But yea, I enjoy the things I pick-up and since there is quite a lot nowadays, I guess people would like the same. Anyway thanks a lot!

  • Can't wait for part 2!

  • Going to be uploading that right now!

  • @Aerodynamisch Sweet, gonna watch it.

  • Those Disney artbooks are EPIC! Gorgeous artwork!

That 1001 book is awesome, I still have yet to get that.

I think you asked me what artbooks I have, currently I have the Mass Effect artbook (which I believe came with the Strategy Guide), it's a hardback book, very heavy, very thick. I also have the "Art of Midway" which is a fantastic artbook.

I do have a lot of artbooks from games too like MW2, Gears 1 + 2, Prey etc

I also have a few artbooks from films i.e. Chicken Run, Star Wars, Narnia etc

  • Thanks!

I see, did not know about the Mass Effect artbook, that sounds great since I am a big fan of Mass Effect. I have wanted to pick up an artbook of Aardman Studios for a while now.

But yea, it sounds like a great set of artbooks, gotta see what Amazon offers soon :P

  • @originalfusegaming ohoo i see no bioshock 2 book

    score one for fran!

in your face mike, in your face

  • Ehhh, you do realize that this video is called My Artbook Collection Part One. I recommend watching Part Two as well.

For me it is not a contest. It is not about what I don't have, it is about what I do have. And if something looks interesting I can always pick it up.

But in this case, the Bioshock 2 Artbook is sitting on my shelf...

  • @ryancouture WATCH HIS PART TWO!!!!!

  • So many artbooks, and this is only part 1.Very good!

Lunar 1,2 and Arc the Lad manuals are, like you said, not only that but also guides and artbooks. It is the thing that every collector should have. You already have them :)

  • Thanks! Yea, part 2 will be uploaded soon.

The Working Designs Limited Editions are mandatory for every PS1 and/or RPG collector. They costs me 40 - 50 euro each, but great to own them of course.

  • What a awesome artbook collection!! You have fantastic game artbooks and that 1001 movies book seems very interresting so I guess I'll pick it up some time. Only I saw some older movie pictures and I'm not really into that kind of movies. Still worth to pick it up then? Again very nice collection!

  • Thanks!

Yea, I recommend them if you are a big fan of artbooks.

1001 Movies is a chronological book starting from 1902 all the way to 2008. So if you are looking for say 1980 - 2010 it might not be the best recommendation... Although it might broaden your interest in these older movies...

  • @Aerodynamisch Oke, mabey I'll share it with my sister then. She's all into old movies and I'm more interrested in the new ones ;) Thanks!

  • I love those storyboard books, they're usually in that really raw and sketchy characteristic style i really like, really interesting to see how they apply the dynamics and camera angles to those still sketches. I've actually bought a few of those even for movies i've never seen.

  • Yea, storyboards are great, I really enjoy browsing through them. Have never picked them up for movies I have not seen though...

  • how do you spell that last dvd art book that came with the story boards.

  • The movies are called Patlabor I and II. Also known as Mobile Police Patlabor.

  • Awesome artbooks collection!!!

Wow!! mobile police patlabor is my favorite anime !!

    Your collection is wonderful !!

Fullmetal alchemist became a final episode only a few days ago.

Thank you for a Great video !

  • Thanks! Patlabor I and II were awesome movies, really great story, graphics and action scenes.

Yea, I heard the new Fullmetal Alchemist ended recently, I have only watched the old version, I must watch the new version soon.
