That's a legit char. He's wearing 08 valk, which gives 30 FCR. I'm guessing HOTO, giving 40. Trang gloves giving 20, Spirit giving 35. Arach giving 20. Perm 08 valk can easiatly cost nearly the same price as a legit P griefpb on non-ladder. 08 valk(shael'd): 30% FCR, 30% FHR, 30% IAS, 30% FRW. 50 FHR is way better than +2 skills.

My necro does 5.3k spear(spirit did a little less damage), almost 2k teeth, and had over 150 FHR using all PVP gear. I had over 3.5k life w/ bo and almost 2k mana.
