  • OMG!!! Pepers of Padron, pimientos de padrón, I can't belive he is cooking pimientos de padrón... with a tetilla filling! this is not the original way in wich we cook pepers of padrón here in galicia, but sure it's a tasty one

    Simply fried in olive oil and once it's fried we put saltz on it and eat.
