OMG! U haven't had peppers till you taste these motha's. I love them and wish I could get them here in NY.

OMG!!! Pepers of Padron, pimientos de padrón, I can't belive he is cooking pimientos de padrón... with a tetilla filling! this is not the original way in wich we cook pepers of padrón here in galicia, but sure it's a tasty one

I agree with you.
Simply fried in olive oil and once it's fried we put saltz on it and eat.
