I'm in the UK sir and my Theoben mk2 custom is at a cost of £1300 give or take and the wmr at present is around £800 as I have just put a custom stock on it and a new wildcat P8 moderator :)
Because even an air rifle is rather loud when firing a projectile at 800 ft per second.. With this custom made one off Nutshot it's more like a mouse fart or an air dump.. The sound of the pellet hitting home is usually louder which helps when dispatching rabbits as others close by don't run off straight away.
Over kill not at all.. In the uk most air rifles are sold with sound moderators/suppressors . Feel free to look at daystate Theoben BSA FX these all usually sell with them
No not with a rifle only with a horse and dog, the one in my video had cleared out a chicken coupe 2nights earlier. Pitty really because I do enjoying watching foxes but the land owner gives the order and I follow it.
