So I was taking pictures in Germany, in the old industry district, and I saw a lovely bronze arch, I wanted to get closer to take a photo. So as I arrived at the archway, I realized it was actually the golden arches- yes- of McDonalds. In Germany. For the most part I agree with you on this topic. I work at a Starbucks and feel that OUR store is way above par in the customer service aspect. I consider the store I work at as a coffee shop that sells Starbucks products. Lots of Starbucks stores, however, are greatly lacking in the area of originality and customer service.
