I am failing to understand how ALL crimes are commercial. Under 27 cfr 72.11 there are a number of crimes listed under "commercial crimes" but it hardly looks like that list covers all crime. Can you clarify this for me?

@MoneyWarturz If you really want to this to wok in child support you need to get yourself a different type of status from a resident/citizen to a SPC (Secure Party Creditor) with a NAP POAG (Non Adverse Party Power Of Attorney General) this gets you to be untouchable because you aren't in the commercial arena but in private. Then you need to get your case closed and get anything in the rear paid off through A4V (Acceptance For Value) or using the CAFR's.If you want to know more send private msg

Child support and all non warrant siezures (where no actaul crime is witness by officer) is an In rem action which is exclusive to federal jurisdiction. In other words, no state agency has jurisdiction to perform child support collection actions, including issuing warrants, excpet for non-compliance to an agreement (which may have been coerced). @monster181000 Speeding tickets are a civil issue right? What are the rules for initiating a civil action? Hint; summons, aka due process. In order to initiate a civil action, one must serve the other side with complaint by non-interested third party. Is the officer a party? If so can he then service the summons? Is it a violation of seperation of powers for an exec. officer to compel 1 to participate in Jud. hearing? can you say violation of due process: service & authority (Sep. of powers)
Something to think about: How do you keep your 5th admendment right when the IRS wants you to file and sign a 1040??? This is what you can do...fill out the 1040 and put in zeros, then write a power of attorney and give the IRS agent power to sign your 1040. The fact is that he will not sign it because it is under the penalties of perjury.
the 1040 is a proper form to correct the claim on the w2. use a 4852 to correct the w2 as it is erroneous. you will in fact file fore a return of overpayment of tax. if your not a federal employee your word if final . they will make all sorts of BS claims but its easy to call them on everything .
