My advice: learn to play by ear, learn to read notes. Tabs is kinda amateurish... Obviously this guy doesn't use tabs, he's a pro.

@vipraseut2010 Yeah he is reading actual notes not tabs. Thats what I said! Yes, this guy is a pro, its very evident from his playing and the seriousness he approaches music with. He has a website and he makes custom music transcriptions (using notes) for sale. ... So yeah, everything I said still holds true, you didn't refute anything.

hey arcellus! im trying to get used to the righthandtechnique incorporating my thumb and ring finger as i watched your videos and thought about how useful this could be.

ive got a big question for you though:

how do you decide when to play with thumb/index/middle/ring and when with the 2fingerway - sure. first and firemost whatever feels comfortable but

is it something in the song that calls for it? (like many octaves or such?)

your advice is greatly appreciated and thx for your transcriptions!
