everything i do is keybound and easily in reach except for my blink spell which is bound to my middle mouse button (the roller)
to pvp and play the way i do, in a very fast paced way, i memorize everything i do, and i set up all my character's keybindings in similar fashion so that every character i play, i already know how to. :)
