  • This is old, but you tried to bend your back to get under the weight. use your legs and squat so your able to get under it all the way.

  • Its really hard to explain but get your chest out, stick out your butt, and align it with the start of your wang , and explode into it with your hips. Make sure that you get a bit of a hop in it too. Thats all i can say i guess
