This is old, but you tried to bend your back to get under the weight. use your legs and squat so your able to get under it all the way.

Its really hard to explain but get your chest out, stick out your butt, and align it with the start of your wang , and explode into it with your hips. Make sure that you get a bit of a hop in it too. Thats all i can say i guess
