First off, how can it never be known which one he is in when you can see him enter the limousine.

Forget "beast" limos anyway. If a trained assassin wanted, there would be no problem killing the President with a high caliber pistol from exactly where this cameraman is standing. Secret Service could never stop a quick assassin at that range.
