GTA5 will not look better than GTA4 because it's developed for x360 and ps3 which are still the same pieces of shit they were 7 years ago.

No new console = no steps ahead in graphics quality. (apart from games with PC as lead platform)

First of all GTA IV IS OLD, newer games generally look better than older games. For example, Skyrim is a console port, but looks better than GTA IV, in fact Skyrim looks amaizing. Graphics evolve, even on 7 year old systems. Oh and by the way, check out the GTA V trailer and compare it to GTAIV, then come back and tell me GTAV will not look better than GTA IV.

I respect that, but I still do not believe GTA V and IV will look the same only 'nicer colours' on V. There are some major console developed games that look awesome ie Mass Effect and LA Noire wich is based on the same engine GTA uses and looks amaizing. Maybe the consoles don't have alot to offer but even a slight texture or colour update can make a game look much better
