I practice lip slurs, starting on the low E and then work on each slur in the 7th position as high as you can go then move the slide up in half steps a minuet at a time just hitting the rang of the position but not cheating. Straight slurring up and down till you cant hit a high note, then move up again after about a min, in half steps till your hitting Bbs with ease and so on. Slur from Low E, in 7th and once you go back down to 7th after 1st position, start on low B natural then E in 7th then

lol you kids are funny, but um practice lip slurs and make up your own warm up to play slurs in every position starting with 7th position low notes sluriing up the slide in half steps. Just practice and come up with your own way of practice..

Last never limit yourself on how well you can plan, nor how high nor loud. Just go for it.
