does anyone know where i can get a nano 4th generation 8gb thats new? i ran my old one through the wash and really loved it. i searched for it online but i'm hesistant buying it from sketchy websites. Does best buy/apple/target/walmart have any of these in stock still?

For more battery life do this. Go into a movie or podcast or something of that nature. Next click the middle button until your at the brightness setting. Adjust the brightness to about 1/4-1/3 of the maximum brightness. Also go into settings, general, and backlight to change the time the backlight stays on to 2 seconds. This increased my battery life from 5 hours to about 8. It helps A LOT needless to say

hey with this ipod, you cant record videos or listen without headphones. to do that, you need the 5th generation. but the 5th generation cant tak pictures, only record videos.

where he was talking about the cons the last 2 were really the only REAL cons about it! the controls aren't really that confusing and iTunes 8 isn't a problem either! The audio could be a bit better but i think it's still great and yes more battery would be better but if that's what it takes to make it so small then I'm happy! :)

2:You can change the shake to shuffle settings

3:Yes you can use the voice recording and song skipping enabled headphones with this generation ipod. Jobs reccomends them when he first introduced this new iPod.
