Because that's "child abuse". It's "wrong and hurtful" and leaves the child with emotional scars. Now all kids are is pampered babies who can have a free ride through life whenever they don't have the "medicine" that they "need".
it's really as simple as educating ourselves, look up child physiology classes online, parenting classes are sometimes really good to, this stuff is available online, not always free.
theres also classes for parents that can be attended in person.
remember to never medicate a child, it can inhibit there brain growth
ADD child will be great in Music after graduating in that school. LOL.

it's unfortunate that such services are so hard to come by ..
and of course, results vary .. doesn't work for many and even most ..lol
but I think it's always worth the try
