when i went to cancun mexico last summer i went snoreling first it was a river it was deep then about 30 min later it was so huge and deep and creepy it was blurry fishes were everywere i started taking pictures under water and when i noticed there was two jelly fishes i got freaked out i thought they were gonna sting me cause they were next to me
Snorkeling looks like a lot of fun. Swimming underwater while, courtesy of the diving mask, keeping your eyes open and looking at everything underwater! I'd love to do it, sometime! Although, I think that better places to snorkel are Australia, Cancun or the Bahamas(especially Australia, 'cause of the Great Barrier Reef!).
@bbyveg : It's easier than normal swimming because you can breathe through the snorkel the whole time. With fins you can float effortlessly. My 11 year old daughter loved it so much she didn't come out of the water for 10 minutes!
