I am disappointed with all the movies since the advent of CGI. It has forced the film-industry to move in one direction only. I want to see some small movies with no more than a dozen characters zero CGI and some real acting for a change!
I guess this answer will stick out a bit. ;) I once showed an art porn movie ("9 Songs") at a party - and the big dissapointment was: no orgy at all got started. ;)
hm, there are some and I can't decide which was the worst...
- Lord of the rings. Ok, I should have known better then to expect I to be possible to realize this great books as a movie worthy to Tolkien's world. But those useless 'How can we put more Arwen in the movie?'-scenes ruined it
-Shrek Forever After. Because 1-3 were really amazing but Fa wasn't
-Harry Potter 1-6. Because first the actors were crappy but the realization was good, later the actors became good, but the realization worsened
The end of "Captain America". The WORST ending, for the BEST movie. Also any time you look up (on google) the cover of a book, and it shows stuff from the movie and it ruins your image of the characters!
Die Another Day - that was the only Bond film I saw in a cinema and it was dire. It was all too 21st century PC and thus free of humour and joy. The earlier ones were so blatently decadent and un-PC, they were great fun!
Matrix 1 is a Masterpiece but 2 and 3 were huge dissapointments, they lacked the coolness and innovation of the first and in places were like boring Deep Space nine episodes.
I don't think I have one because if I actually drag myself to a movie, it usually is a rather good film. Maybe the years of slight disappointment and failed expectations for the HP films count?
My biggest disappointment is Crank 2. I really like the first one, but the second is horrible. They tried to make the movie even crazier then the first one was, but the result ist beyond all bearing.
The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou / Die Tiefseetaucher ... Bill Murray, Cate Blanchett, Anjelica Huston, Willem Dafoe, Jeff Goldblum ... absolute Verschwendung von "Schauspielkunst" voll traurig das SO gute Schauspieler SO nen Müll fabriezieren können XD ...
My greatest movie disappointment was the (new) film "housemaid". I read the description before watching - it said it was about a poor woman who had to take a job as a housemaid for a rich family, a relationship slowly starts to evolve between her and the husband of that family. His wife and mother are not so okay with it and want to get rid of her. So I exspected it to be a suspense-packed movie I'd like to watch. Well I stopped after 20 mins of watching and 3 sexscenes...
My greatest movie related disappointment? Why, oh, why do we need a sequel/prequel/remake/second part of "Blade Runner"? Only upside to this news is that there's rumors it'll actually be directed by Ridley Scott (again), so there's a slight chance it won't be sh*t.
'Die Liga der außergewöhnlichen Gentlemen'.. ganz weit vorne auf meiner Liste der enttäuschendsten Filme.

Robin Hood was bad. Not enough action and too dreary!

X-Men 3 - The last stand
I actually started laughing towards the end.
This is because the scene wherein Wolverine makes his way towards the Phoenix and stabs her uncannyly resembles a scene from not only
a) Van Helsing - in which he stabbed his gf in the exact same way, but also
b) Buffy The Vampire Slayer.
If you are familiar with the TV series by Joss Whedon you will know what I am talking about.
And since I had seen both of those, days before, a somewhat comical twist was added to the movie.
