...I suppose the family cottage-on-the-lake sits nestled in the pines a half mile from this dam...which has created a fine big lake full of bass and other game-fish...
this kinda makes me want an apocalypse to happen, because think of if some people survived, like 100-200 years post apocalypse would be an amazing time to live, think the world would be full of mysteries again, imagine finding things like this or imagine walking down a city street except trees and plants are growing around buildings, and you wonder what they were and how they got there and being awestruck at the new things in the world, and every now and again hearing amazing stories of the bef
In the middle of nowhere???!! Thats on Mt.Tam in Marin county. Marin County is deffinetly NOT in the Middle of nowhere. It's less the 20 miles north of San Francisco. in the middle of YuppyVille. Beautiful place none the less, but retarded title.
Would you mind releasing the location? Or at least telling me in a private message. If I could make my way out there I'd go inside and get a video up of it.
@AbsolouteZero Oh dude that wouls be epic!!!! To be honest with you, we found it on accident and I dont remember where it is... I would like to say north east of San Francisco???? In the marin county? Shitson, I'll have to give my grandpa a jingle, he knows where it is.
@mo1971fordcrew Thats the Bolinas/Fairfax Road Dam in Marin County on Alpine Lake. You can google map it and it will show you where it is. Pretty cool!
@AbsolouteZero I'm sure many people have already answered your question. This Is Mt.Tamalpais located about 15 miles north of San Francisco. You can get to if from SF by crossing the GGB, Hitting highway 1, OR taking 101 into Mill Valley and getting up there that way.
That is pretty cool and strangely creepy. I kept expecting an escaped psychopath to charge out of the woods and hack you guys up.
You'd have been screwed if the gates would've opened too.
