  • elipitical machines are the best bro! they work both upper and lower body unlike the treadmill. Keep your heart rate in the targeted zone and you will melt the fat away. keep up the good work man.

  • i agree with you there... i do 45 mins 4x a week on the same machine.. i also do 30-35 mins with weight machines. and i have dropped some serious weight in the past year, i look and feel better then i ever have.
