  • This guy Fuld is a disgrace

  • Dick Fuld is a subhuman Jew.

The holocaust happened for a reason, kids. Jews don't consider gentiles to be worthy of anything.

This is what happens when you let them run things.

  • I hate CEOs because they're taking mind-blowing sums of $ while urinating with contempt on the "regular Joes" that did the hard work to make it all happen.

It's one thing to be a CEO that founded the company, but the fact is that too many of them are sleazebags like this bastard richard fuld. All he did was play dice with money that wasn't his and then gets to walk away with over $400-million!

This ghoul should be made an example of! And he's why I'm all for people protesting Wall Street. ...

  • Awesome! Hey it's legal, why not do it?

  • this guy is a bamf

  • THE SLAVERY IS JUST BEGINNING....

  • "I hold the Jewish race to be the born enemy of pure humanity and everything noble in man"), Richard Wagner

  • Some of the biggest scumbags in the country are CEOs. I worked at a company for 18-years and was thrown out with hundreds of other "little people" while the new CEO was handed $6.4 mill by her board cronies after only being on the job for 6 months. She had the savvy to recoup the $ by firing us and replacing us with desperate people that would work for much less. THAT's the type of thing these pigs are about. Now the stockholders will love her because they'll see the bottom-line (but not us...).

  • Waxman dropped the ball when he failed to ask Fuld to return some of those easy millions he took and give it to the employees and others that lost everything on account of his lies. Fuld, after all, said that he "felt horrible ..." and so Waxman should have called him on his sincerity and asked him if he'd do the right thing.

  • @MisterBigShit Not true. You broad-brush a lot of good people with your lame comment. There's nothing wrong with people having nice things that they worked for. Fuld and many other CEOs are greedy scumbags that do way too little and get way too much for their efforts. Most Americans are not CEOs and, thus, should not be lumped with them.

  • "What does it profit a man that he should gain the whole world but lose his very soul?" -- Jesus Christ

  • @seahawks78 You also described the psychological profile of a Sociopath. Google: "Ceo Psychopath" if you get the chance.

  • "Psychopath in a Suit" - without question. If anybody has a moment please Google "Beware the Psychopath My Son" or "Snakes in Suits" and "Like" this to spread some word about the subject.

  • You have to agree with Buffett when he says that the ceo needs to lose when the company fails. How could Fuld walk away with billions when so many people lost their jobs and all their assets because of his poor decisions and greed ?

  • being jewish has nothing to do with it. He's just a greedy, bloodsucking scumbag who should be fistpumped in federal prison for years while people shit in his mouth. I'm jewish and i hate this guy with a passion.

  • Dick Fuld is a sociopath. He is governed by greed. There is no lower form of human than one governed by nothing other than greed.

  • Zionist-jews controll the world. This guy is a bandit and a member of the jewish mafia.

  • @crusadov ur a stupid christian cock sucker

  • @EternalIntelligence YEA! COCK SUCKER!

  • Richard Fuld is literally the most grotesque human being(internally and externally) that i have ever witnessed in my 42 years being alive. It is as though there is no soul in that body!

  • "The numbers are accurate the way you have put them up on that slide" - LOL!!!! Numbers don't lie - PEOPLE LIE!... the question was "BASIC" - "is this fair"... notice his Masonic signal the way he removes his glasses... These Assholes deserve worst than being buried into reality.

  • i would not give my money to man whose name says it all!

  • Fuld is a scapegoat. Goldman left Lehman fail with all their connections in the Treasury, Goldman took american tax payers money and used it to gain grotesque profits. Goldman Sachs should be nationalised and tax payers money returned!

  • Typical jew: I hope that dick gets dicked in the same prison as Madoff, Greenspan, Rothstein and others. Three hots and a cock for dick!

  • Richard Fuld is still alive ! Why ?

  • He should suck pig schlongs in prison the hole day. Jewish monkey....

  • well, you communists seem to love them when they give you money and hate them when they don't. what did he do wrong? his company failed. that's it. get used to it and stop sucking his dick for some cash

  • What a Shithead that richard fuld if i was Paulson i also let him fall.

  • GORILLA! Too bad this guy didn't really get decked at the gym...

  • Jewish Terrorism

  • I don't think he answered the question !!!!

  • I think he is oke! He has just playd a game, and some people are so stupid that they fall for it! He can help it that he is smarter then most people.

  • @muur86 Stop talking immediatley. First of all, you don't know how to spell. second of all, Richard Fuld did not play a fucking game. He lost a huge amount of money when his company went bankrupt. It is true, he worked his way up in the company from the '70s. He is a smart man, but the statement some people are so stupid that they fall for it? wtf does that refer to anyways. Honestly I'd like to hear your answer...

  • OK idiots. Listen up.

He got compensation from a compensation scheme that shareholders approved of. Is it fair? Well fuck fairness, it was fucking agreed upon.

And this is how "buying a share" works. YOU (the share buyer/holder) have the CHOICE to buy into the share, and the decision is based on whether you think he can give you back more money. Just cos he couldn't predict the future, that is not breaking the law, and...

  • since he did what he thought was best for shareholders, that is not breaking any law. Fair?

Sympathies to those laid off, but Fuld is also a victim of the crisis. Just cos he's got loads of money, doesn't mean he did anything wrong. He made the wrong decisions and took too much risk, but he is the same guy who shareholders bought into the company as CEO. Blame yourselves for buying into him.

Being rich ain't a crime, last time I checked.

And he DID answer the question, just not in this clip.

  • Fucking greedy jew.

  • Him being jewish aint got shit to do with it.

  • He'll get a big surprise when he dies. Like a lot of these rich people. They've ruined lives.

    Straight to Hell, scumbag.

  • I hope this piece of shit dies! Painfully!

  • This idiot could not even answer the simple question that was put in front of him. He should be locked up with Bernie Madoff

  • We have the solution in our own hands. If we are so replused by the behavour of our bankers, we should cease borrowing money from them. If no one borrowed money from them, they would soon cease to have a business and could no longer be paid obscene sums of money. While we continue to borrow money from them, they are entitled to what ever compensation that can lawfully extract.

  • the NAU is coming......Obama's crisis is in Mexico.

  • this guy should be dragged out in the street and shot. Just to make an example out of him. the middle class rebellion is coming and i'm ready for it.

  • amen brother, and I'll be standing with you..

  • communists?

  • affirmative.

  • Richard Fuld is literally the most grotesque human being(internally and externally) that i have ever witnessed in my 42 years being alive. It is as though there is no soul in that body!

  • @dgambard middle class is wack. rich ppl run this

  • @dgambard Amen!

  • The guy's a dirtbag..BUT also bear one thing in mind... he was not holding a gun to the heads of all the people who took the dough (home buyers). He is partially the face of the millions who took out loans that they did not, or could not pay back. It was those people who screwed us as well. He didn't do this all by his lonesome. He is one ugly bastard though. lol.

  • @pat6270 but alot of people got told they could afford the house, they got , bamboozled by lenders.

  • another Filthy Fucker

in russia all those Jews would be dead or in Jail

no pussying around like the Americans

  • well, i think he tip-toed around that question enough.

  • This guy is a huge crook no doubt. And..you really cant compare this level of greed to the small aspirations of working class people who attempted to realize their dreams by owning a home. However... why is it that its only now that americans are screaming holy murder? There are many of us who have been protesting the behavior on wall street for some time and so many who warned that this crisis would come and yet fox news and so many americans paid it all no attention.

  • the "american media" is not , nor has it ever been "american" that i can assure you. It is, and always has been a tool of the jew.

  • Its only when credit is stifled that suddenly people give a crap. I think that Bush and these thieves on wall street actually made americans wake up and take notice for the first time in a long long time. Perhapst there is good that will come out of this disaster.

  • Dick Fuld is a dead man. One way or another he is getting what's coming to him. He's fucked the world and the world's going to fuck him right back...plain and simple. Society looks after it's own. When will bankers learn..risk free wealth creation is a myth..one person's gain is another person's loss..Remember that, Dick Fuld !!

  • How did we let this get so bad? The system in Wall Street is corrupt. We should nationalize their wealth and make them get real jobs in the economy.

  • As an American Jewish person, I am hoping we can convince Fuld to convert to some other religion.

  • Greedy fucked up jew!

  • How about having the FBI investigating the mother fucker?

His, is an extreme example of cinicism and disrespect for employees who lost their jobs while this mother fucker is rich...

  • That is a valid point. The majority of people losing their homes right now should have never been approved to begin with. It boils down to greed and irresponsible lending. You can't lend money to people that cannot pay you back. People are thieves. Why do you think banks have vaults instead of big piles of money in the lobby? The part that floors me is a top CEO, like Fuld, did not see this coming. I saw it coming and I'm nowhere near Wall Street!

  • the Road to Serfdom

  • These are REPTILIANS - they not people, they fukcin extraterrestrials . Richard Fuld is a REPTILIAN

  • Get off the witch hunt and don't blame Fuld solely. Since 2001 have you bought or been given a laptop, ipod, or vacation? How was it paid for? I bet on a credit card or in cash from a home equal line of credit. Blame everyone around you, including most probably yourself. It's all of our greed that caused this problem.

  • I have a very "basic" idea.

Politicians should never make more than the average American salary.

Their salary and compensation should be a direct reflection on the constituency they represent.

    How about that Mr Waxman?

  • Only in America. After the fact, the politicians want to attack this guys salary and income (as obscenely large as it was).

    SCAPEGOAT!

The politicians in this video are worse at their job than Fuld ever was. So who's holding them responsible? Didn't they just approve an 800 billion dollar loan to an entity who wouldn't qualify for a car loan?

The same douche bags who don't want to be held accountable for voting for the war in IRAQ~

  • i detect the distinct aroma of snake oil

  • Knock Out CNBC Confirms Lehman CEO Punched at Gym

  • Open your eyes, Jackass. The sky has already fallen for many. Thousands of Americans are without their homes, jobs, and retirement funds because of people like Fuld. The notion of telling people to essentially bury their heads in the sand is why we're in this mess.

  • Calm down you silly sheep, only after you've been sheared do you react. Typical. It's on the backs of people like Fuld that America has and will continue to prosper. Perhaps he's not the best example, but better than most douchebags who are losing thei homes, who had no business owning in the first place.

I'm not telling people to bury their head in the sand, thats just where it's alaways been. Almost half of eligible Americans don't even vote, now they demand action. Just close your eyes again

  • Is this fair? what a stupid question, of course it's fair. Most people are losers in life by choice, beacuse they don't have the discipline to do any better. They hear a figure like 400million, and shake their fists in anger when they don't have the mental capacity to balance their checkbooks. I doubt a guy whose been putting in long hours for 20+ years wants to see his company go under. But if he did can't blame him for cashing out, he gave his life to that company.

  • People greedy enough like Lehman CEO should ba hanged by their balls while their assets liquidated and re-distributed.

  • Fuld makes Gordon Gekko look like the Pope. Plus, Fuld has the audacity to say that he "can't sleep at night", as if he is a victim. As more and more money gets printed to bail out Bush and Pelosi's Wall Street buddies, the dollar becomes more worthless and we'll soon have inflation rates that will remind people of the Jimmy Carter 20% prime rate era. Welcome to Socialist America...start eating the peanuts and Billy Beer.

  • I agree that CEO compensation, in general, is outrageous relative to the average worker. However, Fuld does bring up some valid points (in the same testimony but not in this clip) that merit consideration:

    1. Why was Lehman the ONLY firm not rescued in some way?

    2. Abusive short-selling (i.e. naked shorts) may have been at work here to reduce their stock.

    3. False rumors were being circulated.

Also, the fact that Paulsen is from Goldman-Sachs, and you have to wonder.

  • He took home almost $500 millions, his wife collected expensive arts, he lives like a king, he destroys so many families, he made so many people lose their homes.

The 700 billion bailout, I guarantee 1/3 of that will go to these CEOs and CFOs.

America collapses because of people like him.

  • He tried not to answer who picked the board to decide his pay checks.

Look carefully at this guy, he is not an honest person, he is a typical wall street crook who god knows how he became CEO of a big firm.

America will be destroyed by this type of people.

    Greed, selfish, arrogant, heartless.

  • I think people are being too harsh on Fuld.

Prior to 2008, Fuld was a magnificent CEO. Since 1993, he built Lehman Brothers from a small player into a major, bulge-bracket investment bank. It is only in the financial tsunami of the past year did Lehman get wiped out.

Moreover, Lehman is a private company. Fuld is responsible to his shareholders, not Congress. That being the case, Lehman should not receive taxpayer money.

  • Doesnt the fact that he has shareholders mean that he does not have a "private" company, and it is not open to public investing. I think the lines are hazy. Also, is Fuld receiving any taxpayer monies? I am not sure. If he is, then I guess it would matter his compensation. I think the argument people are making is the Golden parachutes for those under the bailout umbrella.

  • I think the whole compensation issue is silly. There are so many ways around salary limits- stock options, bonuses, intangible benefits. There's no way Congress can close all these loopholes. It's just like the estate tax.

Moreover, do we really want to limit CEO pay? Wouldn't that presumably limit the quality of the executives. CEO pay is a drop in the bucket for these companies- let them hire the best executives possible to lead them out of this mess.

  • Can anyone name the man on the left behind Fuld?

  • to be fair both the congress are pusing too hard on him, compensations are based on both long term and short term financial performance, he sure led the company into good results u cant blame him on that, its every ceos job to show positive results and he did that, his performance proved to be quite good in the past.now misleading investors is something else, he wasnt the most ethical ceo, we saw the same things happen with fannie and freddie, lack of regulation in the housing market is the cause

  • do any of you know how stock options even work? I didn't think so. this 480 million wasn't a pile with his name on it whenever he wanted. He had to exercise those options at a certain time to be paid. Its part of executive compensation. I know its a little esoteric, but i think the GP can handle the concept.

  • think about $480 Million in front of you face. Now, think about that being out of your grasp. what would you do?

also consider he was a billionaire before thier collapse. his net worth is now cut in half. even though its still an ungodly amount of money, the fact remains he lost some too.

  • greedy asshole.... plain and simple.... not a leader.... just a spoiled rotten rich prick that thinks only of himself... a lot like our "leaders" in washington.... this absolutely sucks....

  • Well Thank God, bush is helping these poor guys.

  • These fat cats should be kicked out of the companies to save the companies from enormous economic losses and employment of thousands of hardworking employees who find it difficult to make ends meet.

They are like Victoria's Secret- always expensive and never seen in public.

What a shame ! We have an axis of evil here: Washington, Wall Street and White House.

  • this jackass! does any1 else notice how he always licks the side of his gross mouth like a lizard every time he's trying to compose his lies? wat a jackass! btw thanks for video now others can see what a jackass he is! come on 480 million? private helicopters to and from work? geez! they suck! xp

  • I was under the impression that if you did a bad job you didn't get bonuses. This is the classic example of what is wromg with the business world today, gross compansation for under perforing CEO's, high risk without proper regulation. He should give it all back, after all WE own it.
