@thenewrguy Possibly - but Carnage was basically a more insane, vicious killer than even the Joker was in the Dark Knight movie... they'd have to really tone down the character to be able to have him in even an R-rated movie, and even then it really wouldn't be the character Carnage as known from the comics

While I like the Spiderman cartoon I think it's being for kids took away what made Carnage work as a villain.

In the comics he was a mass murderer who, when combined with the symbiote became a force very different from Spiderman's other enemies.

He became a destructive force with no goal other than to cause death. A character that would force Peter to consider how far he would go in his morals stopping someone who had no morals himself.

Sadly, I never got that impression in the cartoon.
