  • I'm sorry, but someone needs to make a YTPMV of this song. Probably a "Pingas" remix: "Are There PINGAS In Heaven?" Maybe I'll get around to it when I have time, in a matter of months or years. Or someone else can take this idea. It would help to have the instrumental (karaoke) version though.

  • go buy his CD!! All proceeds from the sale of his CD go to St Jude's Reasearch Childrens Hospital. you could help save an angel.

  • i was at this show it made me think of my little sister who died at such a young age as well. i cried when he sang this song it just so beautiful and sad at the same time

  • i luv this song, saw it performed live, so sad!!1

  • I saw Terry perform this song this past weekend. Absolutely beautiful. The story was amazing. He said that a woman who had someone have this type of experience asked him to write a song about it and it took quite a while. Than the story came in a dream and he wrote it. In fact, he said he took it out of the show for a while but one time there was a kid that had seen the show and enjoyed it but didn't sing this song, and he wished he had so he put it back so that it doesn't happen again.

  • My girlfriend and I just saw him live and this song was a pleasant surprise!!! I Highly recommend seeing the show, its even better live!

  • Terry is an amazing man and performer. We have a dear friend who knows him through our church. He gives and gives.

  • 10/25/10. just saw Terry in Las Vegas/Mirage - awesome -perfomer. We took our daughter for a weekend treat...you see her little guy has been battle leukemia (approaching 2 yrs now) and we had no idea about this song. She was sitting there with tears streaming down her cheeks...Terry is donating all profits to St Jude's. He is so great, will make you laugh and cry a real man with a blessing that he shares!

  • @bonnahat I was there too that week. I did not know about this song either... My son is also battling leukemia... I cried during this song too. I also went with my parents. My dad had tears too.

  • What a beautiful song. Thank you for posting a live performance of Terry singing this.

I tried to buy his cd this evening but they were sold out. I'm waiting for them to restock. Terry is truly a gift given to us all. I haven't been fortunate enough to see him live yet. Thank you God for Terry Fator and Horses.

  • i love love this song

  • Song-wise, a maudlin bit of treacle, but no worse than most proffered by country singers. The redemptive aspect is that Terry Fator has one of the most flexible, supple, impressionistic voices in entertainment history. Versatile, Fator is a singer-songwriter, impressionist, ventriloquist, and comic whose talent needed only the right venue for recognition. That he recently siged a $100 million contract with the Mirage in Vegas underscores the industry's appreciation of his remarkable talent.

  • That maudlin bit of treacle will one day be famous.

  • have anybody consider heaven or hell as a state of soul? Is like when u are happy and say.."I'm in heaven!" or to be very upset and say otherwise...in hell. Appart of this discution, is a nice song.

  • thank you. I think how you feel about somethign should be your feeling and not somethign you try to make some else feel or believe in. Its just a nice song no matter what you feel and that all I have ever said. dont tell me your religion or what you believe just tell me if its a nice song or not..

  • I said.....it is a nice song...and about religion...well...I hate discuss this matter...only one thing I'd like to say..religion is in your soul...no matter which one you follow...as far as you believe in something good....

  • nice song!! who original singer..??

  • Terry Fator, the guy that is singing it, wrote the song himself. Neat story behind it, too. You can read the story in some of the comments below.

  • Well, u dont know maybe there are horses in heaven the only thing to proof it is to go heaven....Ever....

  • My post was sarcastic, but thank you for bringing forth to my attention that there are people in the world oblivious to such things.

  • I don't think anyone has "ruined" anything. One of the things that makes this country great is that we have this little thing called the first amendment. Google it. Besides, being silent really does defeat the idea of a public forum, wouldn't you say? No backtalk, young man! I defend your freedom and do it with a smile. :) I must endure you and visa versa. If you feel diffently I hear Afghanistan is lovely this time of year. And do properly read the post next time; I was being sarcastic.

  • well, im not a young man unless your 100 years old. I do believe in freedom and yes you can say what ever you want BUT. my question is this, Why do people feel that they need to use religion to try to belittle other people or make them feel that they are benieth you just becouse of what you believe? I do not believe in GOD or heaven but Im not going to use that to judge you or your beliefs. this is just a song not a church rally!!

  • I guess it would be difficult to believe in something that isn't understood. Many people who first say they don't believe in God have later said that they didn't understand the whole thing. Not understanding surely doesn't make you an aethist, right? And, you are right....this is about a song and one that is really beautiful. I feel for you because of your "anger". I wish you well in life...no one here is trying to knock you down; I think you do that all by yourself.

  • @IKatchSkams I'm not trying to be "angry" but as an atheist I take quite a bit of offense from you saying that we knock ourselves down. And don't feel sorry for me and my "anger" you'll find sympathy in the dictionary between shit and syphilis.

  • @IsThatACabbage

Based on your response...I stand by what I said but please "quote" me correctly. I said, "no one here is trying to knock you down...". You replaced the "you" with "we". Your response back to me is still angry and sympathy isn't what I felt for any one. Most people who get "offended" do so over matters that have nothing to do with them...just like this one.

  • maybe I did jump the gun on my comment but I dont have to "google" the first amendment to know what it is. by saying that, you seem to be saying that I am ignorant to you. My message was not to you. I simply said. This was an amazing song and some ass said Horses cant go to heaven cuz they are animals. I left a nice comment to be shot down by a thumper. Im over it tho and have moved on. my counceler said leave it alone :) not really but just what ever.

  • Sorry,I didn't mean to offend you and sorry if I made myself misunderstood.

I just agreed with you in this matter of to enjoy the song and forget religion...by the way who started this religion discussion?

  • was someone not worth even naming. I just hate it when someone has to use there beliefs to say something hateful. Most the time they dont even know what they are talking about, Just repeating somethign they heard. anyway, you havnt offended me at all. you can say anything you'd like to. I believe "heaven" is what ever you want it to be. Candy bar, Ice cream, Island retreat, being with someone you love.

anyway. you havnt done anything to me so dont worry bout that. Im on your side so far.

  • Unless your message was for the other guy. In that case...opps. :) My bad.

  • Potty mouth!!!! That was totally not necessary!

  • That was to wph1138

  • i didnt read moby dick or the caran and i will not read the bible. monkeys are also an animal and we come from Monkeys. If you do read the bible, it will say that every living thing is gods creation and will be returned to him. this is a waste of time and so is your stupid comment. good luck in your fantasy heaven. this is only about a cool song not what you believe. I choose not to hear your religious propaganda.

  • I can sense a lot of hidden anger within you just from your post wph. True Christains never belittle anyone. If someone has done that to you then they really weren't a Christian. Just by looking at science, there is far to much info that supports creationism. I've even opened myself up to the evo-theory and tried to comprehend how things to evolve when we haven't seen it happen with a basic cell. Ben Stien came with a movie called Expelled, he's part of the scientific comm. and supports creation

  • The song is lovely but why are you so angry? Ignorance ISN'T bliss...whatever you "choose" to believe is okay. Commenting on matters which you know nothing about only furthers your lack of knowledge. Educate yourself; that is your best weapon. Choosing not to "inquire" or investigate for the sake of even "information" is such a waste of a human mind. Why would anyone choose ignorance? Feelings + opinions count "0", knowledge is everything...

  • He sang this song in his show at Lincoln Theater, Yountville, California. We drovemore than 90 miles to wathch his show - INCREDIBLE ! ! ! This song will become hit sooner than you think!

  • I love this song .This man is so talented and I wish him all the success in the world. Thanks for sharing this video .

  • I remember this song when I saw him a few nights ago. This man has a beautiful soul. Bless terry and his amazing talent and loving heart.

  • This man in incredible. This song is awesome, He sings it beautifully. I can't say enough good things about this guy. fabulous.

  • The more I learn about Terry the more I think what an incredible talent he is. Not only is he a ventriloquist, impersonator, singer and comedian he also writes such beautiful songs as this one.

  • I hope everybody knows the story he tells about this song...I went to his show in Idaho Falls, and he said that he wrote this song in memory of a person who he knew that asked him to write it and her son had cancer....if you really listen to the song...it really moves you when you know that it's about a real little boy that had cancer...just F.Y.I.

  • Thanks for the information. That makes the song not only beautiful but special. Grazie!

  • This is absolutely the best ventriloquist I have ever had the pleasure of seeing on stage!

  • Beautiful! One of the most touching songs I've heard in a long time.

  • Oh, this is making me cry! I had a five year old cousin who died of leukemia... he loved horses... I heard this song on Terry's myspace.

    It's a beautiful song.

  • chech this one out on myspace! this song makes me cry like a baby!!

    lol! (soldiers of fortune)

  • hey...thanks a lot for uploading..it's a very nice song..really touching...more power lol

  • Terry just signed a million and a half deal with the Hilton in Las Vegas!!! He opens New Years eve 2007 and will appear once a month through May 2008...his last Vegas shows were sold out/standing room only- the hardest tickets to get in town... get 'em now, if you can!

  • he is amazing

  • Does anyone know where I can get the lyrics for the song?

  • I think you can only get them w/ his cd

  • Try Terry's myspace as the song is featured on there.. or, just listen over and over and write it down.

  • Terry wrote this song in 20 min. in the middle of the night after dreaming it.

  • Not true. He wrote it after a women told him about the boy who died and he made a song about it. It's a true story, about the boy and his friend.

  • Do your home work... he was asked to write a song for the woman that lost her son (the true story)... said he would try, then dreamed the lyrics, woke up and wrote it in 20 min. Read it in his own words on his myspace blog.

  • Yeah Yeah Yeah....... I'd rather listen to him live than listen to that "Myspace" Junk

  • Little boy dying of cancer wondered if there are horses in heaven. After death, the boy appeared to his playfriend to say he was happy and and there really were horses in heaven.

  • Beautiful story and beautiful voice!! Love it.

  • This is a true story and Terry dreamed the song.

  • It is his real voice and he claims this is his best song that he's written so far. Sorry about the poor video quality. I was in the back..

  • Thank you very much for posting. I love Terry's music.

  • You're very welcome. He's quite the singer and musician, isn't he?!

  • Definatley. I live in West Jordan. I saw him on the 15th too, only it was an earlier show. I love him. He's remarkable!

  • whoa whoa whoa. Are YOU the one that put this video up?

  • I put it up, but only captured parts of it and was sitting in the back, so sorry about the poor quality.

  • Sorry, I wasn't talking about you. And I think the quality is pretty good for the back row!

  • Oh, my bad. Thank you very much! You're very kind!

  • No problem..... keep up the videos!

  • Is this Terry's real voice? He sounds great:)

Too bad the video is not clear and is not close up.

  • Thanks for the video. I was there also. He is on talented entertainer.
