After taking the test, driving the wrong way, parking in the crosswalks, turning out of blind alleys without looking is all normal Taiwanese driving. Cops don't enforce anything except checking the scooter driver's registration.

It's not BS. In some countries it takes more than just driving around the corner to get your driving license.

I did my in Germany and let me tell you that at least 3/4 of American driving test takers would fail the test the first time because they didn't get any training on how to drive.

By the time I took my test I would have been able to back up easily like the guy in the video. All it takes is practice you would be surprised to know how fast you learn if you have a licensed teacher.

not really... i got my license when i was 18 ... it's truly a little difficult but it's needed if you'll drive in Taiwan... you know, the traffic in Taiwan is damn shit chotic...

You only need to spend an hour or two of training at one of the driving schools to master the test. It's not that hard if you've practiced. It's still BS though because the test doesn't has more to do with your skill in doing some silly stunts than actually driving.
