  • I saw her eating at McRonalds the other day....lol Then she ordered a double whopper at

a nearby Burger Sings and a large burrito at Taco Hell. So much for eating healthy.

  • I just can't give the coockies and the chocolate up....(( it's so sad I feel absolutely deprived and depressed if I don't have some once in a while.

  • I love your answer. Total common sense :)

  • Wow thanks for making this video. You've made me feel great about the changes I'm making every day. I'm a 20 year old college student so being raw isn't the easiest thing to do.

  • If you are one of many ppl who can't get enough traffic to their site,Not many ppl know it but an affiliate program is the only real solution to that,The GAS AFFILIATE SYSTEM is the most powerful promoting tool out there,Because all others require you to have very good programming skills,Get the program at GAS-AFFILIATEdotCOM.

  • Amen!

  • sending you love! <3 thank you for all the positivity!

  • when im really craving something (and i'm by myself) I put it in my mouth, chew it, taste it, and spit it out. just load up on healthy stuff so that you feel full. I "ate" a whole slice of pizza, but none of the bad stuff got in my tummy :) haha, its gross but it seriously works...

  • Natasha! You should show us your raw food figure!

  • I enjoy your outdoor videos. Your right, don't beat yourself up over what you eat. Once in awhile, if you want to do things, like going out and eating with friends, do it!! I enjoy your outdoor videos, but on this one your face is in the shadow, maybe face towards the Sun. I know a lot of people make the mistake of having the light or Sun behind them, when it should be facing them. I love the beach!!! It's like a mini vacation. Great video!!!

  • Hi Natasha... this is great advice and balanced advice.... and someone that has a high profile like you do saying this is even more awesome. that beach is awesome... and not too crowded either.. love it.

  • Hey Natashia I have had depression and meds for 18 years. My 3rd month Raw got severely depressed. It may be circumstantial, as I am with out a job this month.Could you do a video on Raw food and mental illness. Love your videos and your attitude. Your so from the heart ! Huggs.

  • Often times if you restrict yourself too much, you'll end up just going back to junk food all the time again. I have been just adding more smoothies and big salads as meals, but still have cooked food sometimes and go out to eat once a week. If we do eat junk food, just have to remember to be honest with ourselves and still realize it's not good for you.

  • can i eat raw chicken as part of my raw food diet? i'm trying to be 100% raw and healthy and CHICKEN HAS A LOT OF PROTEIN

  • @khunopie NO!!! don't EVER eat raw chicken!! samonella is contaminated in the chicken that even eating a little bit of the uncooked part of the chicken will make you VERY sick.

  • @SirJellyBelly thanks for that! I will eat raw pork instead. Chickens are dirty little birds!

  • @khunopie you're welcome! :) hope you have fun with the raw diet!

  • Great Advice. Being Happy much more important that Being Raw.

  • i let myself have pizza once a week. but i make the base with just socca (chickpea flour, olive oil and water) cooked like a pancake and then grill the toppings. it's cooked but at least it's not pizza hut :)

  • I agree with you Natashia! I was once very anal about eating 100% raw and it was constrictive and actually made people think I was crazy. Now I eat cooked vegan food occasionally and its nice...It's easier to connect with people when your eating with them, and eating the same food specifically. I don't eat fast food but I can eat some chips and bean dip or something like that. You have awesome energy, you seem very ecstatic! :)

  • frustratedoperator is right on. I was completely raw for 8 mo..last wk one poor choice turned into a wk of bad choices...I gained weight, felt horrible and out of control like I couldnt stop. Now Im suffering detox symptoms same as 8 months ago--coughing up phlegm, headaches etc. I wasnt even eating animal products or gluten. Mostly processed sugary junk and cooked beans. Eating bad food will NEVER make you happy! there are consequences!

  • @alekasattic23 maybe because you restricted yourself for so long that that one time turned into a binge. natashia is right its better to give yourself the wiggle room. going 100%, at least for me has never had positive results. i always ended up stopping and going back to my old ways. now i just want to eat good at every meal but i still look forward to treating myself once in a while.

  • We are having an early summer heat wave here in Atlantic Canada, sure wish I was cooling off at that amazing beach! Thanks for your video, real advice!

  • I want to eat fish and chips off your tummy! :D

  • I say there are two times one shouldn't indulge in "junk food"

    1) if you're addicted to the stuff, it can send you out on a bender that can last a year or longer, total abstinence is advised.

    2) if the effects give you pain or discomfort. does your gall bladder want revenge? are you suffering for a day or two? physical consequences? why hurt yourself?

    most importantly, love yourself!

  • I agreed with you totally.

On the other hand, make sure you don't fall in love with a person who has objectionable eating habits especially if you are not strong enough to stand up for your beliefs and cave in to the white food monster.

    :-)

  • This makes me feel better...:o)

  • Great answer! :)

  • friends that eat junk food are no friends of mine. =)

    kidding.

  • you need a wind filter for your mic

  • You are making all your subscribers jealous Natasha! It looks beautiful. How is the local cuisine? Finding some raw-friendly dishes?

  • I soooo think I need a coaching session from you! I have PCOS and the main reason I started going raw was to reverse that like you did. I have been looking for the answer to this for 8 years. I didn't want meds or surgery. I want that ultimate goal. After seeing this video I wonder if I will achieve that goal if I'm not 100% raw. Anyone else have any thoughts as well?

  • @hmstudiomakeup hey, yeah i agree going raw can do incredible things without the meds and surgery, but just remember you dont need to have the perfect diet bc nobody is perfect, so dont feel guilt have u slip up but also dont think you can do it all the time and think that your going to get better.

well good luck =] hope i make sense

  • @americascutie911 That makes me feel better honestly. Thanks for that! I am about 80% raw and kept thinking "i'm not going to get any better if I don't completely convert". But I have realized that anything is better than the way I was living before. Even at 80% raw I feel 1000x better than I did at 0% raw!

  • it's good to have a cheat day once in awhile, it would actually be beneficial for you. it will shock your body and it will work extra hard to burn those calories.

  • Love your positivity:)

  • So Beautiful! Great Video! Thank You!

  • Thank you SO much for getting that messege out!! I think way too many people stress out when going raw and do indeed wind up isolating themselves from friends and loved ones. I am not 100% raw & probably never will be but im about 75-80% raw and i feel absolutely phenominal!! Love your videos! Your such and sweet caring person, hope you keep em coming!
