I do think it unlikely that any brand new contacts will be be attempted though there may be follow ups. And of course we are not to know whether any contracts have been extended.

Just to add I have two official links - one says 12 August, the other says 19th. It may be that the latter reflects a week off with pay at the end of it or it may be that some are working till this date. Either way it's all good :-)
This is fucking comedy the government is there to serve the people, so when does the servant ever get to fine the Master. They cannot issue cautions because they are not Constables of the Law. They are not members of the judiciary and you can tell them that we the people have the right to not to consent to any act or statute. I did send my form back but it was blank, some prat turned up and said did u send it back and I said yes. I have heard nothing since that was back in May.

I have the links to the ONS ads giving 12 August as the end of contract date. But unable to post links on here.
IDs give November which I believe is to cover possible court appearances.
I do think it unlikely that any brand new contacts will be be attempted though there may be follow ups. And of course we are not to know whether any contracts have been extended.
Maybe I can pm you the contract link - though a search should find it.

Just to add I have two official links - one says 12 August, the other says 19th. It may be that the latter reflects a week off with pay at the end of it or it may be that some are working till this date. Either way it's all good :-)

This is fucking comedy the government is there to serve the people, so when does the servant ever get to fine the Master. They cannot issue cautions because they are not Constables of the Law. They are not members of the judiciary and you can tell them that we the people have the right to not to consent to any act or statute. I did send my form back but it was blank, some prat turned up and said did u send it back and I said yes. I have heard nothing since that was back in May.

@BoydieBoiUK Yes you can caution someome without their name - if the Police catch a criminal on the street who will not co-operate they can still ask him questions and then arrest him later and take to the Police station to find out his name

have your day in court and try and fight the system, good luck to you but you know that the system will win i bet you drive without a seatbelt and having had 4 pints if not i apologise but they are laws that must be obeyed as well so you cant pick and choose which ones you obey in a civillised society, the census is required by LAW and you can argue that in court in October when all the non compliers are going to be tried but you have added grist to the mill to try your case by posting evidence

Face it the census is not necessary and its questions have no empirical value whatsoever. i am actually employed at this moment by the ONS to investigate people like you who are posting this kind of material and compiling evidence against you for prosecution you do not realise do you what you are doing...........you will never know who i am but trust me the evidence i gather will be presented to a court as lawfully collected because YOU chose to display this and by the fact the collector will have evidence of his call it will be submitted .......forget your threats and pay your fine

actually the man has the right to caution you in the pursuit of his job, lots of people have the right to caution you if they are pursuing legally enforceable jobs Tax men, Bailiffs, ..they are not impersonating police men suggest you read P.A.C.E. and you will see that you are legally allowed to caution someone if you are going to take a statement.and by the way videoing someones registration plate and publishing it is illegal so you are liable to prosecution good luck you are in it big style:)

How sad are you - they wouldnt have given you a second thought yet you have probably thought of nothing else since. No Law stops people knocking at your door, so look it up again!!! If you would have asked them to leave and they didnt then you can use the law but not before. The internet can be very dangerous when it gives people like you too much info!

Nice work!! My advice is ignore them completely,having watched a few non compliance officers in action it seems two things are repeating, 1.They create joinder with you and the legal fiction"occupier" on asumption only when you answer the front door. 2.They have a name for the property by using government data bases inc DWP etc so they can continue with court summons..Peace,Namaste..
