as with most of the later 80s Sabbath albums this one got very underrated.. but if not for this album and Deep Purple's Burn, I wouldn't know Glenn Hughes at all. Seventh Star's ending track is even more moving, the guy could really wail

This album was badged as a Black Sabbath release by the record company. It's really a Tony Iommi solo project but no what it's called, there are some great hard rock tunes on this record.

Not a bad word for Ozzy, Ronnie James or Tony, and you have to know Dio is my all time favourite vocalist, but what Glenn does on this record and to me, is unbelievable. Always liked him, always will.

The Seventh Star album is as good as anything that Tony Iommi & Glen Hughes have done together IMHO. Such a pity that thes songs (+ the ones of the DEP sessions + the ones from Fused) will probably never be played live .
