  • @ lftdjeep

Once you get past 2100 rpm pretty much all of the noise goes away

  • Nice video! I just installed a 14" magnaflow on my 07 Tundra with 4.7 V8. I ran the stock pipes and put on a stainless double walled tip for some character. It sounds perfect!! Nice, clean sound with little cab drone but has a tough V8 sound outside.

  • Water means the fuel is completely burning, sounds sweet.

  • wats wit the water ?

  • @tacoboy262 cats break down all the gasses the engine puts out and then turns them into water co2 and some co

  • Sounds great. Do you know the name and part numbers of the magnaflow parts you added?

  • boots

  • sounds great

    so what muffler is that?

  • My Tundra purs just like that. Nice truck.

  • Hey guys i agree with this video, i have myself a tundra and like that roar sound and everything but not into the exaggerated sound itll get annoying after a while so i myself went with the flowmaster/magna flow dual exhaust... Quick question though ive seen a lot of ppl saying cat back what does that mean or what is it?

  • How is it on the highway? Does it have a drone? I love the magnaflow sound on the 4.7 but I have long highway trips from time to time and don't want that drone.

  • Yeah! Single Side out! None of that dual pipes crap! I've got a magnaflow on my Tundra. It really gives it some power and sound!!!

  • dude YES! sounds sick....i got me a 06 tundra and i wanna do this same setup. not too loud just a little bit more of a roar when you hit it. did you have your whole system replaced or just the muffler and back...how much did it cost you i want this!!!!

  • how much did this cost you? now im thinking about which to get flowmaster or magnaflow exhaust? i got a 06 tundra

  • @05joeyj hey i would say magnaflow because most of the flowmasters are burned by the silverados

  • what kind of tires are those?

  • nitto terra grapplers

they were cool on the first 300 trucks i saw them on the day they became popular... everyone has them now kinda like flows on a mustang lol...

  • Thanks for the vid... exactly what I was searching for... I have the '05 too.

  • I have a question for all of you should i get a magnaflow exhaust or a trd dual exhaust on my 208 toyota tundra. send me a message on what i should get

  • magna all the way bro

  • I have an 02 Ivan Stewart signature edition with a trd muffler (1 in and 2 out). I have 2 magna flows that came off of my buddy's mustang, I don't know if I should use both mufflers with a Y at the in, or 1 muffler with a Y at the out. any suggestions?

  • That a 18" or 22" ?

  • I have the 15809 Magnaflow on my '05 Tundra. Sounds like yours. I love it. Much better exhaust tone than the competition.

  • Dude that sounds great. 4 a (ricer)

  • you're dumb. go check out some little civic with a shitty muffler and a fake turbo whistler, that is ricer. this is a tight truck with a hell of a burly exhaust on it.

like the vid man, trying to talk my dad into putting an exhaust on his 05. sounds great!

  • I just noticed, and since yall are basicly still the only ones that wear BDU's regularly....are you Air Force? ANG? Just caught that the second time watching. J/W

  • See? Magnaflows have a nice clean but mean tone to them. Unlike the shit heads that gut their mufflers and what not just to get "sum loud dang ole pipes!"

    nice sounds man

    I love my tundra

    and its purrrr lol

  • I don't care what other people say... the Toyota 4.7L V8's sound awesome on magnaflows. IMO, it's one of the best sounding V8's.

  • @madpistol

    even better than the 5.7's?

  • @1501HP

Think of it this way. I like the way a 600cc 4-cyl sport bike sounds better than a 1000cc 4-cyl supersport, simply because the 600cc usually revs a lot higher. The 4.7L Toyota V8 is one of the few V8's that, until recently, has been based around DOHC w/ VVTi. It allows the engine to be one of the most versatile in its class.

I don't know why, but the 5.7's sound more muffled. The 4.7L's have a more "pure" exhaust tone than larger V8's.

  • @madpistol

interesting, whe ran my tundra with straight pipes while installing a cat back and the last thing that could come to my mind is "muffled"

but to each their own, but if you look in my vids, youll see that the stock 5.7l exhaust is very quiet

  • magnaflow is great, i got one on my tundra and its not too loud!

  • sounds great, check out my vid with spintechs, hope you have a subwoofer though
