Also, when a performance is televised, they mix it differently. Low end usually goes down, and he's probably not getting the mis he's used to when they play headlining shows.

its because its a super large venue, it takes ALOT for your vocals to reach the depth of that crowd. think about it

Super, that's not entirely true. NOT many singers can scream and sing well. It's difficult because lots of higher tone screams rake your throat and instantly trying to switch to a clean tone is murder after repeatedly doing it. The fact is, he pushes his potential/talent a lot farther than most sings who just stay in their comfort zone.

I'm guessing he likes to mix it up. You know, taking in account that ever since Natural Born Chaos he usually layers much of his vocals with more than one track. Maybe he's tired of growling through whole songs. Who knows? At least he still keeps things interesting.

Why don't you try to scream/growl for 1 hour straight every day for 2-3 months :) Live screams/growls are ALWAYS different to the albums.

Thats true, but many people can still do it. Number 2, thats not usually the case, only if you use autotuners and such to edit the sounds.
