There is NO doubt in my mind what-so-ever, I BELIEVE! Anyone with even a half opened mind can see the progression of world affairs, the progression of local societies, and know beyond the shadow of a doubt that we are heading down the wrong path, straight into the face of destruction. There is no doubt that this planet is over populated, and we abuse and destroy everything for monitary gains. We're lied to and misled everyday, if we don't change our attitudes very soon it's going to be too late.
They are able to traverse the time barrier by supposedly entering into null-time as it were. But mostly they have very advanced predictive almost mathematical ways of knowing what is to be the most likely turn of events. Also they draw a distinct difference between predictions and prophecies. Prophecies are not set in stone - can change..but predictions mostly will occur eg. earthquakes etc.
russel i dont know about prophecies but the plaiedians can travel through the time and it is imbossible tu change the future or the past it was said by billy.
@IspanasOnTop Actually, even proponents of this belief in future travel concede that a particular time-line can be altered if Free-Will is exercised-so an outcome of potential disaster can be averted by changing action in the present. It would be very boring if future outcomes were scripted like a movie...

Yeah, extra-terrestrials MUST exist due to probability calculations.If only a few alien ships come here and do not want to show up is a question of location (earth is situated in a very strange place of the milky way) and lack of technology....
