  • what we would like to do? no bath no soap..????

  • Just FYI, daily bathing is damaging to the skin, destroys Vitamin D (if soap is used), and is hygienically unnecessary. It is nothing more than an indoctrinated robotic practice.

  • I like his accent do much ^_^

  • I work outside every day and get allot of sun, so I don't think I need Vit D and I am never sick...

  • how does it do against ecoli?

  • in European countries TB is still treated with sunshine in high elevations ! And Johanna Budwig used the sunshine in her cancer cure over 50 years ago dying patients were given essential oils and wheeled out to get sun regardless of temps and her cure rate was very high she was a Nobel prize winner when it meant something but the cash cows need us sick as if sunscreen was not a conspiracy to keep us sick check into Africa's skin cancer rates? We are money making commodities wake up smell reality

  • Remember take Vitamin D with fat and order the highest quality vitamin d from iherb.com

Use promotion code HUD135 to receive $5 off your first order

  • There's a lot of misinformation on this video. Here's the truth: Humans do not spend enough time outdoors. Also, we shower too often. Skin must remain oily up to 48 hours after sun exposure to produce maximum Vitamin D. Also, food sources are few and minimal. You could eat liver all day and roast in the sun without bathing. Or you can supplement. I'll choose the latter. To all the people that say we get enough from food/sunlight: you're wrong.

  • @pepsidime No, YOU are wrong. Vitamin D is created by eating lots and lots of fresh, warm poo poo. Do some research before you open your mouth next time, buttface!

  • if these bible bashers wanna worship something(god, lol) try the sun its ur daddy

  • we get no sun here so I will try this...

  • Very cheap D3 Vitamins and other Health products from iHerb.com Use code:TAP511 for 5$ discaunt from first order..

  • Vitamin D is very toxic if you take too much. people are poisoning themselves with supplements. sunlight makes Vitamin D naturally from skin exposure. If you drink milk everyday there is no need to take supplements

  • @PhuckHue2 You obviously don't know anything about Vit D.

  • @PhuckHue2 Great advice for 1980, like I learned in school. Things have changed. Suggest you catch up with your reading.

  • @fledertit get some sun you pasty bitch. that's how you get your daily dose

  • @PhuckHue2 This only works if you don't shower for 2 days afterward. Need to read up. Humans do not spend near enough time outdoors and we shower way too often. Also, D is not a vitamin but a hormone on the same lines as cortisol.

  • @PhuckHue2 Milk is toxic and a very poor source of D3. I have taken 10,000IU for over two years with no problems. No colds or flus and no vaccinations.

  • @BrentRF get some sun you pasty bitch

  • @BrentRF Milk is not toxic. Pasteurized milk is toxic.

  • @pepsidime Look it up. Read about the puss levels in it and how the large proteins are not digestible and hyper stimulate your immune system. Find any naturpathic doctor that encourages humans to drink cow milk.

  • People should understand that medicine corporations pay doctors to talk "stuff", they are the ones who profit from our flus other illnesses. Cold medicine is a big business. It would slice a HUUUGE part away from their income if people would stop being sick :) Take some D3, but don't over take it :) Sry for my edgy english

  • D Vitamins at great prices at Iherb. Get 5% of your order at iherb dot com with this code IKA916

  • This V-D has changed my life--unbelievable--

  • I am 49 years old. 6200iu only gets me about 38ng/ml in about 8 months. Should only take 4 weeks!!! I upped my magnesium to 350 mg/day. All in all, I feel better. I started at a serum D level of 14ng 3 years ago. If the Mag doesn't pan out, I intend to increase my D by 5000iu/day (Walmart). Unreleased report by Dr. Hollis mentions that oral intake may need to be doubled as we age. 10ng/ml increase per 1000iu may really be 5ng/ml increase per 1000iu.

  • I take 10,000 IU a day... I've never felt better. I don't know if I'll stay at this dose forever... but I was a lifeguard in highschool, and I imagine I got A LOT more then. Especially considering I used tanning accelerators instead of lotion.

  • Someone needs to tell this guy to SPEAK UP. "gmmbmmrmrlrlrlrlr" "What?".

  • honestly, you wanna look younger? Go on holiday to a really hot and sunny country and 100% a sure you... you will look at least 5 years younger no joke. I know because I have done this my self

  • @jlunn241 He's "worse than Dr Mengela"??

I knew Dr Mengela. Dr Mengela was a friend of mine. And he's no Dr Mengela."

  • 5000 IU? WTF??? thats way too much man

  • @LOLMAN22 you need to do some reading

  • @LOLMAN22 The guidelines are way too low, generally Vit D is pretty safe, you can't really have too much Vit D. A half hour of full body exposure to the sun and your body will produce anywhere from 10,000IU to 20,000IU on it's own!!! Our family doze 5000 to 10000 IU of liquid Vit D daily (especially in the winter months) and haven't been sick with cold or flu for the last 3 years!

  • @DJAnthonyJacobs I see...I too have noticed a lot of improvements after taking Vitamin D3. I have been taking it since late July or early August (about 2000 - 3000 IU per day). I have been taking the D3 pills though...whats the main difference between the pills vs the liquid? which is better? I need to do some research on this

  • @LOLMAN22 We prefer the liquid form. The kind we use is D-Mulsion by Genestra Brands, it is 1000IU per drop opposed to most pills which are usually only 500IU to 1000IU per pill! So the difference is... would you prefer taking 10-20 pills per day or tiny 10 drops? ;o)

  • @DJAnthonyJacobs

You can easily get too much vitamin D. If you are taking more than 2000 IU/day orally you need blood tests to make sure your vitamin D level isn't too high.

You wouldn't get too much from the sun because your body regulates how much vit. D it makes.

  • @toppinzr Wrong. Such generic misinformation misleads those who truly need D. 2,000 iu is nothing. 4,000 iu is a good start.

  • It is always best to get your medical information from Youtube.

  • I'm a 6'4, in proportion man and if I take 5,000 IU vit D3 a day I get *very* sick, FROM the vitamin D. Not everything Cannell and his vitamin D council says is correct.

  • He speaks the truth unlike cbs propaganda

  • In Africa there is plenty of sun rays, and in Africa 2/3 of all known viruses and bacteria are found in jungles, a D vitamin makes teeth whiter and bones stronger, I wonder why there are many black football players.

  • @andy08s "There are african-americans in africa" - Bruno

  • @GarbageState yeah, I guess it wouldn't be correct to say those black people who live here are african-american, but I thinking vitamin D is produced by sun light so African gets it year round so there must be difference between people of African and northern European regarding efficiency of vitamin D

  • @andy08s sure it is correct to say there are african-americans in africa, and your response is exactly the same as in the movie "Bruno" :)))))

  • This guy is worse than dr mengela. the truth is out side of his prison. He has been underground so long he doesn't know about molecular modeling. get out of the bunker and smell the coffee.

  • @jlunn241 mengele. a very nice doctor, expert on vitamins and supplements :)))

  • The sun gives you vitamin D

    Vitamin D supposedly fights cancer

    Sun exposure causes skin cancer.

    See something wrong here?

  • @ThinkerMister11 Nothing is wrong. You need moderate sun exposure. You should get sun expoure every day until your skin turn a little pink. For some that is 1 minute for others 1 hour.

The sun can only cause cancer when the dose is toxic, meaning that you are over exposed or your skin burns.

  • @ThinkerMister11 if it is to much sun exposure of course its bad, if it is too little sun exposure it is also bad , you have to balance things

  • At 3:48 he said , "EXpecially"! I've never heard a Dr. who mispronounces a grade 5 spelling word, lol. Maybe they "should of axed him not to use big words". jk...D is good stuff though.

  • we need to let people know about this D-isease

  • When i got Lyme disease i was taking vitamin D and i got very sick. My doctor said Vitamin D is bad when you have Lyme.

Check about Lyme with Randy Travis on youtube!

  • COMPLETE BULLSHIT

  • You would have to hold me down to give me a flu shot!

  • or use DIS119 to get a very special discount at iherb too!

  • I take less than suggestesd in this video and NEVER get sick I'm upping my dosage. This is the future of WESTERN medicine.

  • This guy might just be the next Chuck Norris....senior.

  • but id still drop my load on chucks neck.

  • I'm going to watch all of Cannell's videos, lol. This man has integrity.

Tell you what. I used to be depressed. I stayed in my home all the time. I thought there was no hope for me. Then one day I decided to become a vegetarian. Thus, I started taking vitamin D and vitamin B12 which is common for vegetarians. Guess what, my depression went away, lol. I take 4000 IU of "D" a day in the winter and I bathe in the Sun daily during the summer. D is amazing, lol.

  • Another reason to drink milk in the winter. Nutrition without popping pills.

  • It is fortified with D2. Nothing natural about that, if that's what you were thinking. Every 1 gallon of milk gives you 1600 iu of D2. That would be a lot of gallons to get 5000+ iu in a day.

  • @roadwarrior1981 Careful of taking D2. Google D2 and Mercola. I recommend D3 or better yet sun light.

  • @BlueEagle8 I never said anything about taking D2. Try reading my comment again. Milk is fortified with D2. A gallon will give you 1600iu. Is anyone really going to drink 3 gallons of milk per day?

  • @roadwarrior1981 Just trying to cover your back. You're right on.

  • @andrewmente pro tip milk has ADDED vitamin D dumbshit, so its not like its a more natural source than taking a pill

  • @TroutErgolik

No you're the dumb shit. Milk is packed with dozens of nutrients, not just vitamin D. Almost every nutrient you need to survive. Go learn first before making a fool of yourself.

  • @andrewmente DOZENS o'really? lets count 1)fat 2)carbohydrates 3)Protein 4)sodium 5)cholesterol 6)H20 7)calcium 8) ADDEDD vitamin A 9) ADDDED VITAMIN D EQUIVALENT TO TAKING A PILL LEARN SOMETHING ABOUT NUTRITION 10) potassium

    less than a dozen

  • @TroutErgolik

You don't know what you're talking about. Among all the foods in the food supply, milk is among the most nutrient rich foods that exists. How come you don't know that?

  • you'd have to drink atleast 20 glass's of milk in a day to get 2,000 to 4,000 units of Vitamin D. 15 mins - 20 mins out in the sun gives you 5,000 - 10,000 units of Vitamin D

  • @TheChrstphr

And how would get sun in the northern latitudes in the winter? Explain that.

  • andrewmente Moderate, Controlled, Non-burning exposure in a Tanning Bed in Winter keeps Vitamin D levels high

  • @zapped4

Ridiculous. How many people do you think have the time, feasibility, and resources to do that? Do you honestly believe the entire population at large can realistically routinely go to tanning beds?

Not to mention a recent study that showed that even low levels of exposure significantly increases skin cancer risk. This was all over the news a few months back, are you aware of that?

    Be serious.

  • @andrewmente If you live in Alaska and don't get any sun, then it would be wise to drive South a few weekends in the winter to get some vitamin D via sun exposure or you can take supplements (VitD3) in the winter.

  • @BlueEagle8

Do you have any idea how far south you need to go to get adequate sunlight in the winter? And from Alaska especially? Dumbest idea I ever heard.

As for taking supplements, don't tell that to me. Tell it to these idiots that are saying sunlight is sufficient.

  • Colds and flus are caused by viruses, so the "evidence" presented here about "antimicrobial peptides" doesn't really address the effect of vitamin D...

  • @powertoold i don't know about these "antimicrobial whatever",all i know is that when i take my vitamin d i never get colds.before doing this i usually got 2-3 colds in a year

  • I take 4000 IU of vitamin D every day. I take it because of I had a case called "clinically isolated syndrome". My neurologist told me to take 4000 daily. I live in Canada where V D is low for a lot of the year.

I havent been sick for months and months, which seems strange because a person is used to getting a cold here and there. Vitamin D has helped me a lot and I hope more people catch on.

  • It's incredible how the amazing effects of vitamin D are constantly belittled by health authorities and their loyal servants a.k.a doctors. Personally I've never felt this good, having taken D for several months. There should be more brave individuals like Cannell who dare to speak out.

Get your vitamin D from iHerb, use the code NAS469 to get a special discount. It costs almost nothing.

  • @777777sssssss

    Great comment!!

I ordered a bottle of 180 capsules using that coupon code and it only cost me $1.51 after shipping! Thank you!

  • @777777sssssss Thanks for the promo code

  • @777777sssssss yahh and the body makes about 1000iu per minute from full body sun exposure on a blue sky day.

  • @777777sssssss

Impossible, even if you live in a tropical area. And certainly not in the northern areas of North America. You'll be lucky to get 100 IU per hour up here, north of the 40th parallel. It's my belief, and I am living proof of this, that one should ingest 400 units for every degree north of the 30th parallel. So if you live at or near the 45th parallel, you should be taking 15 x 400 or 6,000 units from all sources in the summer time and double that in the winter time.

  • @videocruzer but do you know how this process works? First, you must not shower after sun exposure. Because the vitamin D is actually created in the oils of your skin. Sounds gross, but it's true. Yes, you make about 1,000 IU from one minute of full sun exposure, but it can take up to 48 hours without showering afterwards to make this amount. And what do we all do after getting all hot and sweaty outside? We run for the shower. You need to do your research.

  • @pepsidime what are your references to this claim ??

  • @apachejunction1 Google? Mercola has pages about it as well as others. Just google "vitamin D 48 hours" It's just science and evolution man. We take way too many showers and use way too much soap. Especially crappy vegetable based soaps.

  • @pepsidime

The vitamin D3 produced by sunlight in the skin is happening in layers where it can't be washed off. We do also convert oils on top of the skin, but irrelevant amounts. Your second fantasy is that plant based soups are "crappY". I disagree. I think soap which contains corpse is always worse, because an animal had to die first. Animal-fat based soaps are essentially made from corpse.

    BTW, please do shower:-))

  • @veganfemale Thanks for proving that vegans are retarded.

  • @pepsidime

In psychology, this is called "projection".

  • @pepsidime Wait so are you recommending I not bath so much???

  • @videocruzer healthy body = 20,000 - 50,000 iu's a day

  • well, that value actually depends where you are on the planet.

If you live above the 60th parallel, you can not get anywhere near that value after a weeks exposure.

  • @videocruzer Not exactly, If you live outside of the equator belt (i forget the degree part) It HAS to be summer sun, i.e directly overhead and only in the mid-day hours (hottest ours) as only 0.1% uvB rays penetrate the ozone, so even though you might be in egypt in october, and its 5pm and its still 40... your not getting the uvB you need.

  • @777777sssssss I agree with you and I know exactly why some doctors are reluctant to inform their patients about Vitamin D. Simply put it's the cure rather than a cover up for ailments and illnesses. Pharmaceutical companies make money by covering up your sickness rather than curing it.

  • Yes. Scotland has the most MS in the world especially in the Western Isles which has the same sun hours as the Arctic Circle. People eating lots vitamin rich oily fish don't get MS!

  • I take 5k for M.S. it made me a new woman. Thank you Dr John Cannell. You are a star!

  • Did you really ?

  • this is a great upload!

  • I crucified jesus.

  • I would say that in the near future; certain vitamins and minerals will be outlawed. Because the evil new world order antichrist globalist will not want you living for too long!!

For the Earth is already over-populated according to these paranoid/psychopaths.

And if you live too long, it means that you are adding to the over-populated Earth.

For they love the Earth and hate us!! So your health is expendable. So love Jesus and reject their coming zombie making -Mark of the Beast chip!!

  • @moses737 What are you talking about?

I'll set aside the fact that you're horribly off topic.

First of all, the mark of the beast is more likely to be a barcode (they often use sixes as separators between parts of bar codes).

Second, the anti-christ as described in the bible is popular. You misunderstand. It is not an evil dictator that controls people, but rather, as the anti-christ is described in revelations, it is evil because it deprives people of morality.

  • Sorry for being off topic!! But check out Verichip corp. And then do some research as to how you will be a brainless zombie slave of the new world order antichrist beast system very soon. But since you are very deceived already; you are a half antichrist zombie without that chip being in your forehead or hand.

And because you are not a born again Christian; you will probably take that beast chip and be their total slave and autonotomic robot with no emotions and no disgression of good vs evil

  • @moses737

    See the channel, 91177info.

He has recently posted a video, called:

RFID INJECTABLE NANOCHIP ACTIVATED BY LIGHT

The chip is small enough to go thru a hypodermic needle

  • thanks very much Heads Up51. And I like TenPenney and the other guys also. And those vaccines will hold some of the similarities of the Mark of the Beast. And that chip that will be hypodermically given will eventually turn its recipients into brainless zombie slaves. Thanks very much for this information and UTube!

And I can tell that you love Jesus and will be in heaven with us until we return with Jesus and His Mighty Angels to conquer these devils at the end of Armageddon!!

    Bless you!!

  • @moses737 i figured it was a chip

  • @moses737 jesus is just a rip-off of krishna, mythra and other messiah's that where invented before him.check it out on google and please shut up

  • @geiuy We don't need Google to tell us truth the Word of God tells us Truth Jesus Christ is the Son of God who sits at the right hand of the Father and your opinion and the secular world's opinion don't matter God's opinion about is us matters

  • @geiuy agree.

  • @rdrkx80

A channel on youtube, 91177info, has a video of a microchip being injected into a mouse's tail with a hypodermic needle:

RFID INJECTABLE NANOCHIP ACTIVATED BY LIGHT

  • @moses737 Well, more accurately, it enocourages immorrality. Whereas Christ was all about putting others above yourself, the anti christ will be all about putting yourself above others. And just as the message of Christianity is spread by those who accept it, so with the message of anti-christianity.

And logically, the longer people live, the more they can spread their given message. So, bottom, an anti-christ ruled society would be most logically likely to encourage longevity for its followers

  • @moses737 sen mccain just put a law out for vote to make supplements drugs needing a rx. our fascist leaders hard at work

  • what the doses i should take for an adult and for my childrens? any suggestion? what about been in the sun? is not the same?

  • @panameniangirl2009 i took some stuff that you drink.

  • panameniangirl2009 If you live at a latitude where there is plentiful sunshine year long, you can take a sunbath 30 minutes every two or three days and you will be replenished with roughly 10000-20000 IU of vitamin D. If you live on higher latitudes you should take 5000-6000 IUs of vitamin D during winter time. Your children should ingest at least 1000 IU. I would add 1000 IU per every additional 15 kilograms of bodyweight.

  • What's the difference between D and D3...

  • D2 and D3 anre two kinds of D. Most texts I read say that D3 is better because the body has to change D2 first, but some say both are fine.

  • It would be interesting to see how Vit. D supplementation affects individuals who have chronic illnesses which usually have bacterial components. Since there are different forms of Vit. D which can modulate the expression of antimicrobial peptides via the Vit D receptor, (namely: 25-OH Vit. D & 1,25-OH Vit.D) it would be interesting to see how supplemental Vit. D is metabolized and if it down regulates antimicrobial peptide gene regulation.

  • What is amazing is. sunscreens block UVB rays, the very rays that produce vitamin D. and in the last 30 years since the sunscreen campaign took off, skin cancer rates have risen

  • bald people with beards are the best...they always know something i dont!!!

  • LOL!

  • @Winnipegaussies hehe I always say appreciate a mand for what's in his head instead of what grows on top of it in the long term.

  • Really funny comment ;-) LOL! 5 stars from me.

  • @robert4you cheers dude! youtube is a happy place

  • When i got Lyme disease i was taking vitamin D and i got very sick. My doctor said Vitamin D is bad when you have Lyme.

Check about Lyme with Randy Travis on youtube!

vitamin D is good but make sure you don't have Lyme!

  • @RafaeINadal only the ones with white beards

  • Thank you for telling us the truth!

Vitamin D has helped me beyond words.

    Thank you

  • Took me about 6 months to Increase my D levels to a normal range, been taking 5,000 IUs daily. I had to ask my Dr. to specifically test my D3 levels, it wasn't part of my normal blood work, and insurance would not cover, but well worth knowing your levels.

  • Weston Price did a study on this.

    Check him out !

  • Ive followed dr mercolas advice and taken 5000iu for the past year and i have not been sick once whereas i usually catch a flu every 2 months or so.

  • I've been taking between 6-10 thousand IUs of Vitamin D for about the past 8-10 weeks and I must admit that I haven't caught a cold, not to mention the flu or any other virus/bacterial infection. I'm going to stay at this dosage and get my wife to get on board with 5000 IU and my children with 1 to 2000 IU. Why not?

  • VITAMIN D is so AWESOME cause it is actually a HORMONE which helps build up our IMMUNE SYSTEM :)

  • Try Now Foods' Vitamin D supplement from iherb. Use coupon code YAN312 to receive $5 off your order. :)

  • This guy is totally awesome, he even looks like what a doctor should look like.

  • @mtlsixshooter hell yea i totally agree :) he know his shit! <3

  • This was really enlightening, I knew that you get Vitamin D from the sun and they sold them at CVS, but I had no idea its roll in preventing sickness. That's really good to know, I'll be sharing this information with people. :)

  • Also check out Jerry Brunetti's presentation; "Food as Medicine" here on youtube. ~3 hours detailed presentation (in 19 parts) on all the foods, nutrients and vitamins on your body and health and also the reason why.

  • how do i increase my vitamin D with out taking medicene any other ways?thanks :)

  • cod liver oil and butter. weston price

  • @Squabbles10 I attest to that and by pure chance. I was ill and in bed so i had noone to go buy me soups. I sat in and ate spoon after spoon of Peanut Butter and Cod Liver Oil because I was hungry. My mouth smelled foul and my lips were dry and stuck together but it increased my seratonin levels and I felt strangely perky!

  • @saharabeauty1 the sun

  • @geiuy thanks ;)

  • NEVER take ASPIRIN if you have the FLU.

    It can be DEADLY.

  • I started taking Vitamin 400 IU of D3 about a month ago, and so far it has done wonders for my energy levels.

  • Dude, you need way more than that! my 20 month old daughter gets 600. My wife and I take 5000.

  • Vitamin D can be bought for cheap at online vitamin stores. Dont waste your money on Rite Aid and CVS brands. They're ALWAYS overpriced. I get mine at iHerb, and if you use the code PED549 at checkout you will get $5 off your first order.

It's NO JOKE - vitamin D is one of those wonder vitamins. You should have some in your medicine cabinet at all times in case the flu hits your household.

  • if you take the shot u are at major risk in the near future of death

  • Stay away from the 'Swine Flu' Vaccination HOAX!!!

  • Im taking 5,000iu of Vitamin D3 daily and I feel amazing, like badwhitey said, bulletproof! Havent had even a minor illness for more than 24 months. Elites are running scared of the truth about Vitamin D and thats a major reason why they pump a backward message of wearing sunscreen non stop and be careful of the sun you dont want to become too healthy... Natural and herbal remedies are true healers and boost your immune system better than any WHO drugs. Health and prosperity to all

  • I wouldn't be surprised at all if what's happening in the Ukraine, is partly due to Vitamin D deficiency.

  • i've been taking 6000iu of D3 daily, for about 6 months, and i can't believe how much healthier i feel. i've been a combat-athlete for 15 years, and my training program is gruelling, to say the least. my body is perpetually "broken-down" and it has always left me vulnerable to flu and other sickness. since i've been taking the D3, i've been "bulletproof" to any illnesses...including H1N1 and the seasonal flu. EVERYONE around me has gotten sick this year, but i'm still going strong.

  • Is this true ?

  • anecdotal evidence will be YOUR best evidence...people....just try it rather than argue it. It may work fantastic for some, others may need an additional immune regulator on top...perhaps medicinal mushrooms.

  • You are a moron. People got flu long before "forced air heating" was invented. He is not lying. I've heard that crowding theory for over 40 years. Vitamin D3 is incredibly important for our immune system. He has already proven it where he worked.

  • "idiot"? "moron"? "dickhole"?? Mr. Jizzman, Do you know that it's possible to disagree or argue with someone without making it personal and calling them names? Your comments about a subject may be correct; they may not. But you (and others too) don't have to demonstrate your immaturity by calling others names in a forum like this just because they express an opinion and you disagree. Learn to disagree constructively. If you can't do that then please, for the sake of all of us, stay away.

  • What are you talking about? John Cannell then went to medical school at the University of North Carolina. After a year of a surgery internship at the University of Utah and four years of practicing emergency medicine, he began as a general practitioner in the coalfields of Appalachia.

In California in the late '90s he began working as a psychiatrist at Atascadero State Hospital, where the subject of nutrition, and importance o fvitamin D3 cholecalciferol caught his attention.
