@WowBugVision No, I used a Wacom tablet. I tried Pencil on a tablet PC and was rather dissapointed. I have better precision with a Wacom and having access to the keyboard for hotkeys is very useful too! :)  (Hotkeys like copy/paste so no I don't draw every single frame, some I was able to reuse.)
