on the part when the kids were sliding down the slide it reminded me of the sesame street classic cartoon when the wave was crashing on the beach and the shells apeard on the beach and the women was counting them

Are there any commercials on the VHS before the movie?

@MoreAnuk96 No, the commercials do NOT happen in the VHS version. But the commercials happen before the movie on my homemade DVD version!
