Hulk's arm was easily 24''. Looks can be deceiving because he was 6'6'' or 6'7'' then. But his triceps were what made the 24'' pythons not his biceps. Ever notice during his WCW days that his arms were smaller because of his triceps. I'd say his biceps have been pretty much been the same size the whole time. 2002 is when he really got ripped though when he was pushin 50. The man's dedicated if nothin else.
