@Exarian Maybe, but at the start of the game when you turn ten, you`re character doesn`t exactly look like they hit puberty. I think they meant in the commercial that their body is "changing" and they showed it with the chest hair, Bethesda just exagerrated it a bit. And The Overseer is around the same age as James, only the Overseer looks younger, even though James wasn`t born in the Vault.
