@MissMitsuki11 I started when I was around 12, so not too much younger, but in any case it's the practice that's most important. If you're looking to learn a lot, I'd suggest getting involved in school and/or taking lessons if possible. Good luck~! ^_^

@SailorMoonGirlGirl Tonguing notes is simple enough with practice, you basically make a "tu" sound with your tongue at the beginning of the note. If you can, I'd suggest asking about it if your school has a band or looking up some tips online. It's a pretty important part of playing flute, so I'd say to spend some time practicing. I hope you can learn this one! ^_^

You sounded great! So far, the only interesting songs that I can play on my violin are Alice Human Sacrifice, Viva La Vida, and Boulevard of Broken Dreams. And no need to worry about being an anime/manga geek. Most of us are, even though we can't always admit it. Hell, I'm Jewish and I believe in Santa! Hope that you get what you want for Christmas. huh, maybe it's because the flute drowns out the harmonics in the song... If I recorded multiple tracks I could fix that, but that's not easy to do live.
