  • Sure! I made such a mess with the Enchiladas My Way that I'm going to stay away from Mexican for a bit. Tacos will be the next crack at mexican food. The Huevos Rancheros (Mexican breakfast) was OK.

  • They didn't even have that hard part (rubbery thing on the sides). Never seen scallop roe in my life.

  • Yeah the roe is the orange curved thing on the side, (kinda like a orange segment), a scallop is not a scallop without the roe!!! Find a fishmonger that keeps the roe attached, You wont be dissapointed! BTW this chowder looks fucking bellissimo!!!
