Well to be honest I'm glad I lived to see this, this is possibly the greatest side ever and the greatest side ever how can one team who spend about 10 odd mill each season go unbeaten ?You see Man city spending 500 odd mil and not even going unbeaten to spend 10 odd mil is unbeliveable this is incredible. I will remember Patrick Viera lifting this cup when I was 9 year old forever. Arsene Wenger is one of the best managers ever So much repect for Arsenal. And this is coming from a liverpool fan!
I think highbury stadium bring good lucks to arsenal, at least they are good, now the emirates stadium bring bad luck to arsenal.since move to new stadium, yet arsenal did not win any trophy past six years,thats long
Markbusk, its true many of the teams back then were of poor quality but that doesn't take away from what Arsenal achieved. Half of today's EPL teams are of suspect quality and teams such as Man U and Chelsea were of a high standard that season.
Arsenal were great back then, especially Henry and Pires, but people need to remember the standard of the rest of the teams in 2003 was very poor. Teams didnt defend very well against Arsenal and in terms of finance team werent run by foreign owners with loads of money. With so many teams improved i dont think a run like this will happen again
