I've seen scanners that can read Domestic ABS codes as cheap as $251.99. For reading Honda ABS codes, what is the least amount of money you have to spent (on a scanner) to have the ability to read Honda ABS codes?

@nobleheight Honestly, I am not sure which scan tools will work on Asian vehicles, but I am sure there are some out there that will. I would Google the question and I am sure you will receive several results. In this video I believe we are using a Fluke 78 and a Snap-on 2500.

When you are reading Volateges from ABS contoll unit how do you know wich weel are you reading?

From the ABS controller you are either reading AC volts if the wheel is turning or you are reading ohms or resistance. You know which wheel it is from the wiring diagram pin number and wire color. If you have any further questions please let me know.
