Holy shit a chef made this? That cake has too many cracks in it that it shouldn't have. If you had spread the Raspberry jam before you had rolled it the first time and then rolled it, you would have not had to unroll it, and thus would have prevented all the cracks in the roll... Just saying... And you should seriously consider working on your video editing. Like the person below me said "feel like I'm on salvia." Everything is cut off at random points... It's kind of annoying.
