You are such a gifted and wonderful musician. I love your videos. Thank you. Please keep posting. I am a beginner at harp. You are such an inspiration.
Thank you. Gosh, this was taken a while ago. I'm using my Border Wye. A 37 string lever. I must try this on my new Salvi Ana. The sound will be entirely different.
so beautiful! I remember wanting to play harp instead of piano but my parents wouldn't let me cuz I was too little...but this reconfirms that I definitely wish I could play harp! :-/
Ah lovely. I shall look forward to hearing your version. I have to say, the CD that came in the Celtic Harp book didn't do the tunes any justice at all - I had to listen to you playing them again to remind me why I liked them so much! So I will be waiting with bated breath.
Ah great. Sounds like the right one. Thanks for the tip - easy is good!! Still think it might take me a while to get it sounding as nice as you do. I've only been playing for 2 years but I'm getting on OK with the Kim Robertson version of Dark Woman of the Mountain so maybe there's hope for me!
Hi there - it's me again! Can you please tell me which version this is as I noticed you said you were working on version 5! I've ordered a copy but I'm now wondering if it's going to be different. Oh no - hope not!
There are 7 versions in the sheet music. It's cool to mix and match. I love the intro of #5 that Dan (dlh) uses, and the main body of #2 (as it is easy!).
what is this? call me crazy if u pleesed xD but for some reason... i cant take the central feeling of thise song.. is something between happy and melancholy, what was the composer feeling when she first wrote it?.
Hej! Very nice played. Could someone tell me who's the composer of the lovely piece. I've heard it so many times before but I can't seem to find the composer. Bye
How kind...I am trying to sort out the sync issue, but have not quite managed yet. I am fiddling about with a new version of Lord Willoughby, and All in a Garden Green, so hopefully I shall be back soon. (The Nintendo Wii doesn't help either. I am so easliy sidetracked)
Thank you. I got my harp almost three years ago, so ever since then. I am just starting to find the music that suits us both, and that is proving to be most exciting.
Thankyou. I only managed to get half of it on my camera, and I can't solve the sync problem, but I just had to share this one. I am off to work on version number 5 now. That is the one you did, isn't it? I love that one
Thank you. She is a Border Wye 37 string.

Hello. I love Jo Morrison at the moment. I've having a Scottish frenzy with music books. Sylvia Woods is also a great resource for most styles.

If you like Dark Woman of the Mountain, try Bonny at Morn. It is equally moving. I am working on that one now.
