  • @tiatdivad First dose, first thing in the morning on an empty stomach is best. However if you are using the full 24 mg eph and 200 mg caff you may get an upset stomach. If this happens eat a little something and see how you feel. Empty stomach is best but not if you feel like crap afterwards. Next dose 2-3 hours after and last dose no later than 2:00 pm to help prevent sleep issues. 3rd dose is optional if you can handle it.

  • High intensity interval training while on Ephedrine is a recipe for a heart attack. I'd take it easy on the cardio

  • @thenorthwind not at all. If you look at the studies regarding ephedrine and heart rate, and bp, the overall effect is minimal. But as always everything is open to opinion and all are valid. In the end it comes down to beleif. I beleive obesity/over weight has a more profound influence on cardivascular health than any risks associated with interval training while using ephedrine. To readers, do some research (pubmed.gov) see the pro's see the con's and then decide. commenter makes a good point

  • Hey man i hope you get this message. cuz im wondering, im training in mma. and i do want to cut weight, i have alot of body fat right now cuz i started to binge for the last month and a half cuz of a injured foot. so i was wondering. since mma conditioning is far beyond anything. will i lose alot of muscle from training? is there a way to avoid losing muscle and just burning fat.

  • @tidus2323 unless your on gear, your going to lose some muscle but from what i research ephedrine and caffeine stack allow you to burn fat and spare more of your muscle, keep your protein intake high because when your on these stacks your appatite gets supressed and you wont feel like eating as much sow have one or 2 protein shakes a day added on to your meals, that should help a little with preserving your muscle

  • @collif12345 If your allready very muscular you can stack eca and skip cardio. this will help you cut and keep all your muscle. Ive lost 30lbs in 30 days from stacking eca, and lifting 4 days a week-without doing cardio. I am 260lbs and solid. I had a strict fighters diet, but anything is better than doing an hour of cardio in the gym. Im on a break from my stack, but hopefully when I start back I can get under 10%bf and weigh around 230-240

  • @tidus2323 Be carefull training if your taking 25mg or more your first time. I had to take a break from training for a month because my heart rate would climb rapidly. If you focus on weight training for a month, you should cut pretty well. Make sure your getting enough calories so your body isnt running on empty. After your first on/off cycle you should be fine doing cardio-your body wont be able to get enough. keep lifting and getting those calories, and you will be fine
