@SuperVaginalips I've played 4003s in the past, at least the newer models...the fretboard is really glossy, and the neck fills out the hands nicely. i've played strats all my life, which mostly have small necks, and I loved the basses. it almost feels like a fretless, ur hands just glide up and down the board...and as far as the neck, it was very comfortable. like I said, it fills the hands out, but the fretboard radius is small enuf to compensate. great instruments. and surprisingly light!

Awsome stuff, one question though. How many Ricks do you own?, geeze I own one and it nearly bankrupted me 8 years ago when I bought it,lol. I've paid less for a used car than a new Rick, I've got a 04 4003 maple glo and paid $1200 US. for it new, it's worth about $2200 these days. Im glad I got it when I did, they're nearly immpossible to afford these days and the price goes up every week it seems. If you want a new one start saving now, took 2 years to buy mine, worth every penny!!.

The think about the Beatles that made them great is as Bob Dylan said, they were really great singers. I mean REALLY good. They wrote great songs but by them singing really good it made those songs really stand out so much better. There`s very few people who can get away singing Beatles songs, especially Lennons. There is really nobody who could pull off singing something like I should have known better without it sounding lame. They just had incredible harmonics, richness in their voices.
