  • What?? With kitambulisho? Big brother is watching!

  • But the big question is,do we trust the govn'mt to protect our privacy and sensitive infomation? Can you really trust security agents?I don't!

  • @kushotto well the rising cases of kidnapping, this is a positive move. kidnappers use mobile phones to ask for ransoms.

  • @karuitha That is the main purpose but it will open up or expose us to more dangers. It is good to address those issues before its too late.Remember we don't have physical address in kenya, which could help the police come to your village once they suspect your phone is being used to bad intentions.I mean lets talk how easy the police can get rich by selling out your info and it is just as bad Karuitha!

  • @kushotto i totally agree with you but don't you also think that it is better when sims r registered? i mean look at fraudsters that con innocent kenyans using mobile phones. one case is where kenyans were conned 1000 bob each by a gang claiming it will get them jobs. if sims had been registered then, the police would have traced them. physical address or not, with such data like names n dates of birth, such fraudsters will have to think of other means. it is better n safer this way.
