In August of 2008 I was featured on the MTV series "True Life" in a show focused on weight loss as well as an update special that aired on new years eve.

Look up weight training, the more muscle you have the more calories you burn. if you workout hard enough 5 days a week you can eat upwards of 4000 calories a day while building muscle and losing fat. Get a damn trainer and do core lifts like bench press, back squat, dead lift and military press. Jogging long distances causes your muscle to waste, the less muscle you have the less calories you burn. Do Interval Training/Guerilla Cardio instead you burn more fat/calories while building muscle. It ant easy but it works. Do some f****** research damn it, I dont know who taught you the diet and exercise plan you were doing on the show but it was ass backwards. Good luck
