wow you are sooo good! I have some questions. I thought about buying a pole for my home, but I have concerns. Firstly, is it stable? do you screw it up with bolts or you can take it down easily? I know it will probably take me forever to get anywhere with this, but can you say that it is a good exercise? I see that you are in top shape, do you do other exercises? or mainly the pole exercises? Thank you so much, I really look forward to your reply!
