I am combination/acne prone..I am oily on the cheeks and forehead, but very dry everywhere else. Everything seems to break me out/clog my pores!

Hey Aleksis! I have a question: A few days ago I bleached, toned, and dyed my eyebrows a light brown color from a jet black.. and the dye, Clariol Natural instincts brass free, did a nice job but after a few tmes washing my face I could see the orange coming through again. I think because it was temp color it washed off fairly quickly. I am going to dye them again today, but should I tone them again? Or try dying them from the light brassy orange that they are now?
