I just want to say thank you for your videos. I find them very helpful. I'm also a member of your website and respect what you do to a high degree =).

I'm a raw vegan (and proud of it!) and am not deficiant in any vitamins and/or minerals, but did have to study my diet for a long time to get it right. Its still not perfect, but its astronomically better than the S.A.D diet.

Milk can be damaging, Soya can be damaging, Baby meat can be damaging and other stuff.
The reason this stuff can be damaging is the strong proteonics bound t glutnergenically of these products.
Simply by relying on soy can for this reason cause biological self intolerance to the strengh.
Old chickens make good soup.
Real african cannabls eat old men to avoid such bio strenghs.
I call myself an organic honey vegan.
This is because i eat honey and i try to make sure as much of my food as possible.
