Dr. Todd Curtis is a noted authority on aviation safety and security who has been featured on CNN, BBC, Discovery Channel, and other news and media organizaitons. A former USAF flight test engineer, he has conducted research in several areas of aviation risk assessment and accident prevention. He has authored two books, Understanding Aviation Safety Data (SAE 2000) and Parenting and the Internet (Speedbrake Publishing 2007), as well as a number of articles on airline safety and security. He is also a licensed private pilot.
