If you look down at the comments, I explained the answer. Its a water pump failure, The weep hole is in the V of the block. And builds up to a point where it overflows out over the bell housing. Replace the water pump and timing kit. Also the coolant cross over o rings.

The bike uses a Points style Capacitive ignition system, Which is under the flywheel, The points gap usually gets dirty/corroded, You can access them through the holes in the flywheel, Use a paper nail file to clean between the contacts and it should take care of it.
