I have a DVD with a track of Heifetz playing Mendelssohn 1st movement. This has not been posted on youtube yet and I'd like to be the first. However, I cannot seem to rip it due to 'lpcm' format. The sound comes out choppy every single time I try it. If anybody has advice to rip this with a mac I will gladly post it. Thanks.

Hello, can you answer my question : Did you ask for permission to post the pieces of music you posted by the mean of videos ? Is it authorized to post videos even if we are not sure about the copyright cover ?
Thnk you so much to answer.

Hi! Thanks for sharing all your wonderful videos! I LOVE all the Milstein ones because he is my favorite violinist. I wanted to ask whether you can upload more by him, if you have any? Thanks :) Also, do you have the mp3 files available for dl somewhere? I read somewhere on an old thread of one of your videos that you were planning to make .zip files available, but I can't find anything more about that.

Thank you :)

Identification is the matter of their own choice. I mean that they all had Russian violin school. Even Stern who left Russia when a small child had "Russian" teacher.

What I am trying to say on that comment I said is he plays the notes so quickly that it's hard to catch them. I still like the song with fast speed. It's just it would be better if he would play the song with the same fast speed he played but clearer. He really did a good job, I agree with you. But he needs to slow down so the audience can understand what he is playing. I had an acompanist as a friend and every time she performed for a concert she would get nervous and play way too fast. You could barely catch the notes. And she was a trained acompanist, mind you. So there.

Hello aimson,
I just wanted to ask if you can upload Heifetz's Sibelius Concerto recorded in 1947,
It would be very much appreciated:)
