Based in Los Angeles, AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) is the nation's largest provider of HIV/AIDS medical care. It offers cutting-edge medicine and advocacy, regardless of ability to pay to more than 100,000 people in the United States, Africa, Central America and Asia.

	Tell Arnold to Have a Heart. Don't Hurt AIDS Patients. (3 months ago) An HIV Patient is someone who has a positive HIV sample in their blood stream. An AIDS Patient is much like an HIV Patient the difference is the the T-cell CD4 count went below a certain level which is named AIDS. Someone may be classified as having AIDS but may have the same T-cell CD4 count as someone who just has HIV.
